Although the parcel was delivered timely, I believe that one item was missing from the box. I would like the possibility of this happening within the shipment process to be clarified.

Things were a bit chaotic. I was asked to re-book and then told that my attempt to re-book had failed. But then unexpectedly the parcel arrived! Whereas there is an easy helpful on line chat before you sign up for the service, if there is a problem with your delivery you have to use email messages and there is no easy phone number either. So sorting out a problem is tricky. However it was good value for money and in the end work out.

The website sent me to a drop off location that didn’t exist, costing me time and money. When I complained I got brushed off

i took my parcel to a collection point from a selection of approved sites they refused to accept it because " they only take small parcels " and so i had to cancel & re submitt my details to another courier not very good

Very poor service. Dropped parcel off at shop on the 19th which was acknowledged, then entered the Hermes network on 20th. Delivery date stated as 22nd. Nothing happened and no updates for 5 days. When I chased, they said they would update me as soon as they had enquired. They didn't. It was finally delivered on 26th. This was my second bad experience. 2 stars because it was actually delivered.

Paid for home collection didn’t turn up then had to pay another £7 to redo next day and drop off my self at post office not happy at all will think hard about using again. Charging your customers more money for your failure to turn up is bad business

I gave all the dimension and weights on line, selected the location to drop off, which the system accepted . When i got to said location with parcel , they would not take as they sad it was too big. Had to go to another location and they actually were fantastic. i dont understand why the system allowed me to chose the first location

The item arrived damaged, it’s a bespoke item and can’t be replaced we will have to pay to have the item resprayed.

Using them for the business. Out of 40 parcels shipped via parcelhero using Hermes 1 was lost. Not happy. Parcel hero is good at finding courier, but when there is a problem not the best ( no phone number+ took me multiple emails to get in touch).

Booked collection & delivery. Not collected after waiting in all day. Contacted courier directly. They said they didn’t offer the service I’d booked & couldn’t tell me when they’d be able to collect! I went back online & cancelled the booking for a princely sum of £6. Rubbish service. Will not use again. Awaiting refund.

Beware! If you decide to use this company, beware! Maybe six weeks after your prepaid shipment has been delivered, with everything long unpacked and the boxes recycled, you may be asked for pictures of each parcel, with a tape measure showing all three dimensions, the address, shipping label and number, and placed on a scale with the weight clearly showing. They recommend taking videos rather than stills! This is because ParcelHero could suddenly charge you extra. They send an email that at first glance looks like a phishing scam, with two or three big buttons labeled “PAY NOW”, demanding more payment in an accusatory manner, as though you, the customer, had deceived them deliberately, and giving a deadline of five days before the extra amount is debited from your account. The experience is very distressing. All the responsibility of proof is on the customer, who cannot in turn ask the company to prove the weight/ dimensions of the packages from their side and to back up their claims about volumetric weight. Their customer service exists, but is patchy and inadequate.

The driver arrived on time & was very polite, that's the good review. The problem arouse when it came to moving the 54kg box, he had no trolley or tail lift & was on his own, fortunately one of the household was able to help him otherwise the parcel would still be here. The conditions for the driver are not acceptable.
