Things were a bit chaotic. I was asked to re-book and then told that my attempt to re-book had failed. But then unexpectedly the parcel arrived!
Whereas there is an easy helpful on line chat before you sign up for the service, if there is a problem with your delivery you have to use email messages and there is no easy phone number either. So sorting out a problem is tricky.
However it was good value for money and in the end work out.
