“Booked a 3-4 day door to door service from UK to Thailand. Quote £36 plus change. On confirmation page surcharges £3.60 for home deliverie. Picked up 9th June as arranged. Once in the Fedex system shows expected 15th. How can this be 3 to 4 days?
Went to live chat about surcharge got no where.
The price was ok and if things go right its ok. This in realty is just a broker, a middle man. They just take a cut. They are really a non service company. I asked customer service for name of MD refused to give name.
You are better to try and deal with prime company rather than someone like Parcel Hero which is just an agent.”
“Parcel was sent via FedEx who measure the parcel in rounded up inches and then claim that it is larger than the sizes that you declared in cms. Unless you can provide proof of images of dimensions there is an additional charge - robbers”
“Paid for parcel to be collected. Hermes did not show up. Took to collection point myself to be advised there will be no extra charge. Very generous. (Obviously no refund though). Had I just booked this service in the first place however the service would have been fine. No further problems.”
“Ordered delivery with lables as i dont have a printer. When i completed purchasing a delivery, which csme to 52 pounds i was told id have to print my own. Contacted customer services who a dsy later told me to cancel delivery, which i did. Only to be charged 6 pounds for my efforts. Not impressed with lack of explantion and service.”

It's really difficult to cancel the order. Perhaps it was my first time to send parcel to USA but. I booked anyway but email came through confirmation but not label print out, it message, says, cannot process the label print but they took money out so I had to filled another form and eventually the label came through but they took another payment. I can't get through the cancellation with previous order, it says under review.
I would rather directly deal with DHL, FedEx or Ups.”
“My package was delivered to the wrong address down my road. A kind neighbour came to deliver it but informed me he has symptoms of Coronavirus and I'd need to disinfect my package. Could have been avoided if they'd delivered to the right address!
Also would have appreciated some notifications about where my package was, like many other services provide. Otherwise, it was quick and delivered the day that it was expected to be.”
“We have used ParcelHero previously and the service was brilliant however, on this occasion our parcel has arrived damaged which has led to complaints from our customer and we have now had to replace the part at our cost - it looks from the evidence as though the parcel has been thrown/crushed and generally handled with complete disregard!”
“You state categorically that you must not let the delivery driver take your parcel without them supplying the label but the Driver had no label and was quite rude about me either giving him the package or going away. I had booked a slot and taken time off work for the collection. Do not send conflicting advice to your customers.”
