Telephone contact was always engaged after 6 hours ,eventually a Victor Robinson could not have been more helpful. I have severe doubts whether I use you again.l should think my telephone bill will have increased.l could not contact anyone to speak to for hours ,your CEO ought to be sacked the whole experience was a disgrace
