Broke all my wedding items and lied and said we didnt wrap them well enough bearing in mind we have photos and boxes clearly damaged. A cowboy company. Seen solicitor and will go to the newspapers and social media if not resolved. I am fuming. They wont give me my wedding flowers back as the centre pieces are all smashed and they said their poor staff might get damaged shud they handle them. Its illegal and i will fight and scream to get these cowboys exposed...watch this space....

I wished i read these reviews before i used parcel hero ,firstly they are not heros ,moving to a new country can bé stressful at first ,and to wait wait wait for your parcel to arrive longer than they estimate time to recieve a call from the couriers saying they wont deliver my parcel until i pay another $70 ,after paying parcel hero .plus parcel hero emailed me saying igave the wrong kg of my parcel which i know was not true and would take the cash from my account .feeling conned , i will ask watch dog and the goverment to look in to this company..I wonder of the owner or managment look at these reviews surely we are all not wrong....

""Parcel Hero sent an adjustment invoice 2 weeks after the parcel was delivered. The alleged measurements they quoted were way off the actual measurements which were provided accurately by me. I disputed the adjustment invoice and my last e-mail to them was almost 3 weeks ago stating: "I note with interest your admission that you have no proof that my parcel was measured incorrectly. I wonder therefore why you are requesting additional funds from me when you cannot prove to me that the measurements I gave were inaccurate. I have repeatedly asked for such proof and for clarification as to how the auditing process is carried out and as yet, such information has not been forthcoming. Please also note that my contract for services is with yourselves and not with UPS. It is not for me to obtain evidence from UPS to support your allegations, which, as yet, are unfounded. An e-mail confirming the audit is not sufficient. I need to see photographic evidence of the measurements taken of my package and require a statement supported by a statement of truth by the person who undertook the audit to confirm how the measurements were undertaken and what they were. I do not need to provide evidence to dispute your allegations. It is you, as the trader, who needs to provide such evidence. Your sales tactics are mis leading and I am protected by the Consumer Protection Regulations in this regard. The information provided in this paragraph is not mentioned when first booking your service. "ParcelHero® charges on either the physical or volumetric weight of each parcel, whichever is the greater, this is called the 'billable weight'. This is the reason we asked you to provide the dimensions of your parcel as well as its weight, when you obtained your quote.” Nor do you recommend that the customer take photographs of the parcel confirming the measurements. I believe that you are guilty of misleading omissions which led me to take a transactional decision I would not have taken otherwise." As yet, I have not heard anything back. Hope this comes in use for anyone else having difficulties.

ParcelZERO, AVOID! You have to pay them in advance and they are very efficient at taking your money. They do not tell you when the driver will collect from you, so you take a whole day off to wait for the driver at home. They have no practical means of communicating with them, they hide their contact information. You eventually find a "contact us" link but when you click on it, it takes you to a Q&A page, none of it relevant to your situation, its a joke! The courier driver then arrives BUT does not know how to read instructions so he/she leaves without collecting the parcel. I checked the tracking on their website every half hour but it says nothing about the driver EVER being there, I am not sure the tracking even works. There I am still waiting for the driver but apparently he/she had already come and gone. After searching the whole website, you eventually find the website's messaging system but you only get an answer the next day. "When is driver going to be here, its almost cut off time?". Answer, one day later, "we will have to look into that for you" then only to be told, "oh the driver did attempt delivery but no one was there." so you must pay a cancellation fee. They have GPS information they say proves the driver was there and yet there is no way to track the driver's progress on their website so you just have to guess, infuriating! AVOID this company, they will take your money without providing a service. They failed to deliver a service and yet now they are refusing a refund SO blatantly contravening The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I posted a Motherboard through Parcel Hero to be repaired in Canada on the 19th of August 2022. Because the Motherboard had to be repaired I contacted HMRC Customs and Excise to get the appropriate numbers to exclude import and export duty Parcel Hero then sent it through Landmark Global who in turn sent it through the Canadian Post Office to Gigabyte Canada When the Canadian Post Office delivered it to Gigabyte Canada they tried to charge Gigabyte Canada $200 for some reason that Parcel Hero refused to tell me why? Gigabyte Canada refused to pay and at no point did Parcel Hero tell me that I had to pay this money or even what the $200 was for. I had already paid Parcel Hero that money to have the Motherboard delivered this was an additional fee. So from the 27th of August till the 10th of December, the motherboard was held in Canada and undelivered and unrepaired to Gigabyte Canada. I in the meantime had to buy another Motherboard for £850 because Parcel Hero cost my multiple businesses money due to them taking 4 months to return the unrepaired motherboard this, in turn, required me to spend £3,700 on new CPUs. Finally, I got the Motherboard back unrepaired and Parcel Hero then took more money off my credit card for the unrepaired and undelivered motherboard to be returned to my business. I will now have to resend the motherboard to get it repaired but definitely not through Parcel Hero.

Paid extra for parcel protection they broke a very with packaged parcel and refused to pay out. 2 layers of bubble wrap a box and an extra layer of bubble wrap with plastic wrap. Said it was inadequately packaged. Furthermore the item with an industrial autoclave really tough item and they still broke it! This company is an utter scam.

Didn’t arrive. Customer service very unhelpful. Website keeps taking you in a loop. Kept saying I had to rebook a delivery and it said I had to pay again and I’ll get refunded for the 1st minus the £9. Terrible company, won’t use again and definitely will be telling others not too

I sent two parcels to the same residential address in Scotland, a day apart both for next day delivery. The first one is missing, - should have been delivered four days ago. They then advised it’ll be delivered within 96 hours of yesterday. Which is not an acceptable time frame -if it ever turns up at all. Then, the second one turned up today, and it’s completely damaged, the clothes and teddy and sweets are ruined as they’ve bashed the very well packaged box that much that the hot chocolate powder has burst out of the packaging and destroyed everything. I’m really beyond disappointed with the service and wouldn’t dream of using it again, I only chanced it because Royal Mail are striking, but never had any such issues with them when posting loads of things to same address. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to leave this negative review, but they emailed me asking me for feedback, so hopefully they’ll get in touch to offer some level of compensation for the damaged items and for the missing items if they don’t materialise, I also think a refund of all postage fees is appropriate due to the serious failure to meet reasonable service standards.

Nobody turned up on the day arranged for pick up 😩 ( Saturday, and parcel had to arrive by Tuesday morning) could not wait all day Monday hoping that a pick up may happen, so used parcel force who delivered in less than 24 hours.

Booked with evri, driver didn’t turn up and you don’t know what time they intend to turn up. Can’t speak with anyone at parcelhero for answers either. Cancelled and booked with Royal Mail! Much better service there and cheaper.

Having paid on line this morning I still don't have a label to print and the tracking number isn't recognized so I can not log in to download one. Waste of money I will be using another service next time. I can't even phone anyone to speak to them. Can not do anything on line as it just says that the tracking number is not recognized.

Usually when you pay cheap you get what you get, but this was beyond expectations! Sent a parcel from the UK to Italy: firstly it took more than 2 weeks to arrive, upon delivery the carrier asked to pay additional customs duty and delivery fee (double what was already paid to Parcel Hero), and cherry on the cake the content (a camera) of the parcel got STOLEN and replaced with some trousers!!! Customer service is available only via email (...) that after 2 weeks of back and forth offered 50£ refund (their maximum liability!!!!) and challenged my allegation after all pictures and proofs of the scam! Unbelievable - NEVER AGAIN

Parcelhero will try to remove bad reviews to hide their bad practice. Within the last twelve months, Parcelhero shipped a printer I sold on ebay. They: -charged me £68 excess on £48 'overweight' delivery -ignored my evidence that the package was not overweight -sent me confidential responses meant for another customer -destroyed the printer -refused a refund Good news though! After my use of the Money Claims service online (small claims), leaving it to the absolute last minute, Parcelhero have refunded me in full. It is worth the trouble, even though they make it as difficult as possible. In the circumstances, I can find nothing to recommend about this service.

Very upset in the rough handling in transit by the carrier (ParcelForce) which resulted in the contents of my parcel being delivered damaged. ParcelHero investigated my claim and refused it, stating that it had inadequate packaging which I totally disagree with. The contents were wrapped well and the box was designed to transport that type of item. Loads of tape was used to secure it but you can only do so much to protect a package before it is entrusted to the carrier.

Package was delivered like this - there were a lot of personal items in the box and some have been permanently damaged now. Box was solid so I can only imagine it was not transported well at all.

Courier failed to collect my parcel & somehow I’m the one that’s incurring charges?! Person waited for 45mins after the collection window & nobody arrived. Terrible customer service - no number easy to find, live chat function wasn’t available. Ended up having to pay £10.58 to reschedule, which I understood would be refunded by the courier. See attached screen grab from email. Now ParcelHero are telling me that they can’t refund the amount I am owed & when I replied to challenge further & my email has now bounced back. Awful, awful, awful. Total con & a waste of time, money & effort. Avoid like the plague.
