Though the recipient was still waiting for the parcel and when he checked the status of the parcel it says it was still out for delivery. So quite confusing and stressfull as the parcel has not arrived yet and we dont know where it is.

My parcel was returned from Australia by customers and they charged my for:
1. Quarantine over £83
2. Return to UK fees £155
They store your payment details, and will not ask you to pay, they will take money out of your account using token like they claim.
My payment was taken 2 months after parcel was delivered back to UK!!! Just because I asked for refund and investigation when 1st payment for quarantine was taken.
By the way my parcel never went to Australia!!!
They use third party couriers in my case was Fedex.
They are cheap because of chidden charges after you post with them.
My original postage to Australia was just over £90.
I end up paying £90 delivery + £85 quarantine + £158 return fees.
Invoice was for £155 however company decided to take £158!!!!”
