“Superb. Picked up a huge heavy parcel and delivered it perfectly. And seriously cheap too like 1/3 the price the DPD’s and UPS’s were charging. I’ll defo use them again.”
“I scheduled a pick up. Waited all day for them to pick up, no one arrived. I was not contacted in any form. When I contact customer support I was told to amend the pick up. In order to amend your booking you are charged £9 to choose another date. So they accept my money, don’t pick up and then charge me to rebook. Extremely frustrating”
“Attempted scam. The next working day after I dropped off my parcel I got an email from someone claiming to be EVRI. I've never had an email from them before. The email said there was an issue with my parcel and after following a link I was asked to provide some personal details. Something about the language used on the site wasn't right and it didn't function the way normal sites do so I opened EVRI'S actual site in another browser. It wasn't the same. I suspect that yourself or EVRI have either sold my email address or perhaps have a security issue. I have also received some nuisance calls but that may be unconnected. I have changed my password and will do my best not to use your services (or EVRI who I've found out are Hermes reincarnated. The worst courier service I've ever dealt with) again. The tracking number says my parcel has been delivered now so thanks for that. Thank goodness I didn't flooding the scam.”
“This is the worse company I’ve ever come across.
After missing 2 slots to pick up my parcel, they damaged my parcel I was returning for a refund to the original company.
I have been corresponding since October for a chest of drawer I was returning to the company I purchased and they damaged the package and item inside in the delivery process. I took insurance and after providing everything they asked for they just emailed now to say I won’t be reimbursed my money. This was my baby’s chest of drawer. I haven’t got my refund and the cheek they have taken my money and after 2 months I received another email stating that I’ll be charged more money for an item they damaged and didn’t deliver.
Stay well clear from this company they are horrible. There is no phone number only email service and whoever is behind these correspondences is as horrible as the company they work for. To start the year like this, im fuming. I will not let this go & I will be going to Trading Standards as I’m really appalled at this company and how they have handled this case.
If you check social media there are hundreds of people complaining about this same issue. What’s the point of having insurance and in the end being left dry! If my parcel was delivered in the original condition I’d have received my refund and I wouldn’t need to claim.”
“My recent experience with ParcelHero has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite providing exact dimensions and weight for my shipment, I was slapped with an unexpected £159 surcharge on top of the initial £64 charge.
To challenge this, ParcelHero demanded photos of the package with a tape measure - an impractical and unreasonable request. When I asked the same thing, for evidence from the courier, showing the measurements they used, ParcelHero claimed they couldn't provide it. :|
This lack of transparency and the excessive surcharge have left me questioning the fairness of ParcelHero - even as a third party.

“Such a terrible experience. So many initial issues with booking confirmation, labels not generated, delays in response, confirmation of bookings not received and yet their third party courier UPS still turning up onsite, additional fees due to their errors.
THEN to be told I had to pay 530 euros in customs fees - ParcelHero refused to explain why, UPS refused to help, I had to contact customs directly to get any response! All over Christmas! I was then told the package had been entered by ParcelHero as a "commercial' shipment and I should have had no VAT/Tax fee.
I still got charged a 60 euro amendment fee to fix the issue with customs. ParcelHero refused any responsibility - accused me of filling out the form incorrectly, which is preposterous. I was simply looking for an apology and explanation how this had gone wrong. I got nothing.
Take your money elsewhere if you want peace of mind.”

Will not be using you again, a failure to collect, is not your customers fault, you haven't provided a service via your network, penalise your courier, not us...”
“Do not use this company. they will almost certainly apply extra charges at a later date for over size/weight which you will not be able to despute unless you have photographic evidence of size and weight. I paid the first charge then a month later they applied and took the same charge again from my account which I am currently trrying to get refunded.”
