If I could give less than 0 I would… my collection date was missed without any explanation . My boxes all shipped together overseas to Canada arrived over a time span of a week late over a week as well. All my boxes were destroyed looked like someone stomped on them loads of stuff broken and their customer service number doesn’t even work which obviously tells a lot. If you’re moving overseas spend the money and use someone else because I’ve now paid for shipping and will have to still replace half my items

Sending big, heavy parcels is one of my least favourite activities - ParcelHero made it oh so simple and entirely stress free. It took a lot of hassle out of returning a large unwanted item. Really recommend them.

Perfect every inch of the way, faultless in every way, I am so thrilled that an awkward shipment was handled with such efficiency and the goods were delivered within 24 hours. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again

Came across parcelhero by following a link on the returns page for a heavy item I needed to return. All seemed good and I chose a FedEx option with a drop of point given about 4 miles from me. Packed the parcel up, paid the fee and attached the downloaded returns label and lugged the hefty item into the given drop-off store only to be told nr the store holder that they only take incoming deliveries from FedEx and not outgoing and anyway my package would have been too big for them! So off I go home to cancel my FedEx drop off and try again. What a waste of time and why give s location as s drop-off if it doesn’t take in packages - useless!bresorted to good old Parcelforce!

Disgusting customer service. Wish i could give 1 star. Quoted £25 for parcel, a month later another £75 taken off my credit card saying it was bigger than it was. Avoid at all costs. We measured it and weighed it TERRIBLE COMPANY READ GOOGLE REVIEWS

Really bad experience,sent an item to mainland Europe.They didn't tell the receiver he needed to give details to customs.The item was then returned and I paid twice in order to get it back.Wish I'd read the reviews before using them, it seems lot of feedback indicates hidden charges,extra fees etc.

Booked an express 2 day service with FedEx to USA. Went to drop the parcel at a Morrisons Daily store and they refused to take it, with no explanation, other than 'my Manager says so'. Went back to the office to message ParcelHero, who didn't respond until the next day, which is annoying given that this is an expensive express international parcel. In the meantime, I cancelled the order, haven't had the refund because apparently it will take a ridiculous 7 to 10 working days. I processed the order again and arranged for FedEx to come and collect it, which they did 30 minutes later, but it cost us an extra £6 to get FedEx to collect all because the drop off service doesn't work. We know the FedEx driver, who told us there should be no reason for the drop off location to not take the parcel. Meanwhile, whilst I faff about trying to dispatch an express parcel and sorting the problems myself, ParcelHero don't bother to respond to my enquiry, and reply the next day, and respond with no help or explanation. We have other companies we can use, which may be the best way forward.

Scammers. They charged 4 times of the original fees saying the parameters of the parcel was more which was not the case. Go for DHL or other services.

Terrible service and complete failure to deliver. I paid a premium for delivery to the US. ParcelHero’s provider, Asendia, failed to provide any tracking or updates. After more than 4 weeks, ParcelHero confirmed the parcel was “officially lost” — only for it to reappear back at my address without explanation. • First I was told I’d receive a refund. • Then I was told no compensation would be given. • Finally, when the parcel turned up back at my door, I was told I wouldn’t even get a refund for postage. This is despite the fact that ParcelHero (and their chosen courier) failed to deliver the service I paid for. I’d understand if I’d made an error with the address, or if the receiver hadn’t paid customs fees — but none of that was the case. There’s still no explanation for why the parcel was “lost,” why no tracking was available, and why the delivery was not completed. I’ve shipped many times to the US with different providers and this is by far the worst experience. A fundamental failure of their core service, and a refusal to take responsibility.

I was very disappointed ,you waisted my time,you did bother to contacted me about your disgusting services ,I will not use you again then I will put my story on my socials media to teach you a lesson about costumer service ,shame on you to charge me a £9 cancellation’s. However I will wise up costumer eyes not to use your service because you waisted my time…….?????

the courier would not collect my parcel which was a network rack because it wasnt in a box - it was clearly labelled and the seller didn't have a box 48" long - so had to cancel both the collection and the purchase of the rack and it cost me £6 to cancel the collection - am awaiting my refund for the original courier booking which was with UPS - the rack would have been much easier to handle and move as it was not wrapped than had it been in a box

delivery was without issue charged £74 for oversize parcel that wasnt oversize and took money out my account in the middle of the night 2 weeks later. very poor customer service...no refund even after giving proof of my claim. my 30cm wide parcel was charged @ £74 for being 67cm wide. am i missing something here or just being scammed

A good delivery service but the website input is only easy if you do it very regularly- it took me over an hour to navigate the questions as a newcomer= Also the cost initially quoted on screen is unlikely to be what you pay- it's like buying an Air Line ticket and costs mount as you go along- mine increased by 45% by the end of the booking.

The clowns at UPS who you used to deliver my package smashed a £1200 welder so badly my costumer has refused to pay for it, in addition to this diabolical service I’ve incurred “extra” charges with no explanation why. The web site is clunky and required constant refreshing, I’ve left in a complete mess thanks to this “service”
