I sent two parcels to the same residential address in Scotland, a day apart both for next day delivery.
The first one is missing, - should have been delivered four days ago. They then advised it’ll be delivered within 96 hours of yesterday. Which is not an acceptable time frame -if it ever turns up at all.
Then, the second one turned up today, and it’s completely damaged, the clothes and teddy and sweets are ruined as they’ve bashed the very well packaged box that much that the hot chocolate powder has burst out of the packaging and destroyed everything. I’m really beyond disappointed with the service and wouldn’t dream of using it again, I only chanced it because Royal Mail are striking, but never had any such issues with them when posting loads of things to same address. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to leave this negative review, but they emailed me asking me for feedback, so hopefully they’ll get in touch to offer some level of compensation for the damaged items and for the missing items if they don’t materialise, I also think a refund of all postage fees is appropriate due to the serious failure to meet reasonable service standards.
