Booked a 3-4 day door to door service from UK to Thailand. Quote £36 plus change. On confirmation page surcharges £3.60 for home deliverie. Picked up 9th June as arranged. Once in the Fedex system shows expected 15th. How can this be 3 to 4 days? Went to live chat about surcharge got no where. The price was ok and if things go right its ok. This in realty is just a broker, a middle man. They just take a cut. They are really a non service company. I asked customer service for name of MD refused to give name. You are better to try and deal with prime company rather than someone like Parcel Hero which is just an agent.
