My package was delivered to the wrong address down my road. A kind neighbour came to deliver it but informed me he has symptoms of Coronavirus and I'd need to disinfect my package. Could have been avoided if they'd delivered to the right address!
Also would have appreciated some notifications about where my package was, like many other services provide. Otherwise, it was quick and delivered the day that it was expected to be.
