The item I sent was delivered two days late to the customer and was damaged in transit, when I raised a claim for the damage they refused to pay it because I couldn't show how it was packaged due to the customer throwing the packaging away. Ensure you take photos of the parcel before it is sent and let customers know that if the item is damaged you will need to have images of the damaged packaging also.
