Have used Parcel Hero previously without problems. However this time I was really disappointed. I selected EVRI as the courier for two parcels. Firstly, there was a problem with one of the labels - so I had to wait for an email replacement. Secondly, the status of my parcels showed as 'collection failure' for 48 hrs - even though I had seen them being loaded into a van. Thirdly, I only received a delivery confirmation for one of the parcels - although both were successfully received. Delivery was within the advertised time span
