Overall I was happy with the service provided. However I was disappointed not to have received any notification that the parcel had actually been collected. Nor did I receive confirmation of the delivery to my home. I appreciate that you provide updates on your website, but it's not always possible to log in to check on progress. Maybe this is something that you can look into, in order to provide a complete service. Thank you.
