Easy & cost effective way to arrange a return but didn't find website particulalrly easy to navigate once transaction underway. Everything i wanted to check/find seemed 'hidden'. Looking to see if parcel had safely been delivered required the tracking no. - why wasn't it just available within 'my account' to view? At one point i thought i might need to cancel the transaction but gave up when i couldn't easily find how to do this.
