“I sent three packages, two seem to have arrived, (awaiting confirmation). the third the customer says EBay advise delivered but it hasn't! She is upset. I have tried to get an answer but I am unable to speak to any one live at Hermes & auto system is unsatisfactory. The telephone robot can't distinguish F from S so I can't get them to "hear" Tracking Number. Parcel Hero just apologise for delay & suggest Tracking with Hermes!! STUCK”
“Parcel got to our daughter OK but was just left outdide with no note that it had been delivered. She only realised that it was there when I phoned her to say tracking said it had been delivered.
After all this efforrt the parcel could have been stolen.

“Paid extra for parcel to be picked up and was not picked up and I was given no notification that it would not be picked up, resulting in me having to pick it up. More of the couriers fault than parcelhero however.”
“Booked with Hermes and they failed to show up. No explanation no apology. Paid a lot more for UPS who would not accept it without a UPS label and would not explain to a 94 year man how to get a label. So I have had to print the label and post it to him and rearrange the delivery. It would have been quicker to drive to Wales and fetch it myself. So expensive, slow and unhelpful”

“Well I never sent the parcel despite your company sending me messages my daughter in Basingstoke was sending it to me but whoever entered details into computer round the wrong way. Much I recognised the RH postcard and my birthday was due so told her abd she contacted you and corrected. Hermes delivered subsequently. Thankyou”
“I had a lot of trouble actually completing the on line form. It took 3 attempts. I was nervous about this company when it said item has been returned to one of their partners. But I’m pleased to say it has arrived on time. Not sure if I would use again, I was a bit anxious about them.”
