Hi the parcel arrived utterly and totally destroyed in Texas,even the polystyrene was pulverised...

Pick up was great but package was damaged during delivery. Now have to make insurance claim

Great options and prices, but as a first time user they did not make shipping International package instructions clear about needing an invoice for customs. The driver showed up to pick up package and had to refuse pick up service because I did not have an invoice prepared so things were delayed an extra day. The service was still quick.

Parcels were picked up and delivered, very promptly, at a good price, the only downside is one of the corners of one of the parcels was damaged, torn open, so we don't know if anything was lost/mislaid or taken. As I said before, this was the only downside to an otherwise good service

I didn't have issues with the delivery of the item i sent through Hermes using ParcelHero, BUT.... ParcelHero tell you that if you get your dimensions wrong you may be charged. They DON'T tell you that you need to package whatever you are sending in a cardboard box, meaning that anything you have already packaged and measured up for arranging and paying for your postage may still have to be additionally packaged, meaning that your final dimensions may not match those put into the ParcelHero system. This potential mismatch may cause a customer to be charged additional monies because of inaccurate dimensional data. ParcelHero should tell all customers before any data is put into the system what packaging is acceptable (i.e. boxed) so that such errors are not made and the potential for being charged additional monies is reduced or eliminated; that is unless ParceHero think this is a way to generate additional monies on the sly. I hope not. Be clear, ParcelHero..!! Don't tell your customers to put everything into a box at the moment you give them their labels after they have paid...!! Thank you.

This review is an honest one. The price was great as my parcel was large - absolutely no complaints. However, I requested home pickup but changed it the day before to leaving the parcel at the post office due to work commitments. I wasn’t sent an email with the delivery barcode information on so the post office wouldn’t take it and a delivery driver still tried to collect from my home. Later I organised via customer service to take it to the nearest depot (10 miles round trip) as it needed to go that day. All was good and I was very happy. The next day another driver tried to collect it from my house. What can I say ..... really happy with the end result but it was a bit messy. Very good attitude from customer service so this is really a positive review. Will use them again for sure.
