“Easy to use the site and fair price, UPS driver was pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER, the parcel was badly damaged and Ive had to return money to the person who bought the item. The box was very clearly marked Fragile - Handle With Care but sadly it was still damaged.”
“Initial contact and service from ParcelHero was good but I was really disappointed when my brother told me that he had to pay customs tax at the other end. Whether this is something ParcelHero should have known about or not I do not know but somebody receiving a gift from you shouldn't then have to pay for it!”
“Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad, as meatloaf said, though when you send 3 parcels at the same time to 3 Areas, 2 of which are within a couple of miles of each other, you would think that they would all arrive as expected together. Not this time with this company. 1 of those 2 that are within miles of each other Still aint arrived. When booked it said for delivery on Monday, we are now on Tuesday and 1 parcel is saying it has just arrived at the delivery depot. Oh well maybe it will arrive on Wednesday.”
“This is the first time I've used parcel hero hence the 3 star rating. So far so good. The more I use them the better star rating as long as they do what they say they are going to do. However they are better than parcel2go dont even consider using parcel2go.”
“I used you as you showed a good price for an item 148cms long and organised collection. However, the headline price increased twice during booking to about 25% more than I expected and indeed had charged the recipient, and it wasn’t clear why it should have done. Overall the service was good as the item was collected and delivered on time. However, I would have preferred to know the correct price at the outset so I could pass on the cost accordingly.”
“I was directed to UPS for my courier. I paid and received all the correct paperwork for labelling and collection.
When the collection never arrived as detailed i had to ring UPS only to find that they had the collection address down as in Brentwood, I live in Skipton!! my address was shown correctly on all my paperwork. The whole episode took a day and a very expensive phone coll to correct. UPS gave no explanation as to why this could have happened.
Now i do not blame YOU for this error, i am sure it was UPS but I just thought you should be aware of it.”
“I would have given a much higher score if it wasn't for the fact that the delivery driver just dropped the parcel inside the front gate without even informing any of us in the house that he was there, it was lucky that we happened to be going out at a later time and happened to see that it had been delivered.”
“It was great to get a notification of delivery, but i have tried to send again and it will not let me do another parcel until i agree to up the compensation. We send lot's of low value items so no extra compensation required. We may try again to Parcel2go works easily so that might be out goto product”
“My experience with ParcelHero is great, not so much with Parcelforce. When my parcel was delivered to my customer one of the itens was broken, i can only assume that it had been dropped at some point,as i know it was packed securely.”

“Delivery was very good but 4 chargers for the table were broken..value about £10.
Also you sent the wrong labels ....for 3 parcels of the wrong weight....so we had to start again and you then charged for a cancellation .
I want all my money refunded please ...I do not know if I will ever need to send another parcel so you have no reason to keep it

“delivered on time but address label was not clear, stating wrong town . I highlighted the postcode and hand wrote the address alongside the printed off label and the parcel was delivered to the neighbouring house not the annexe as I had stated”
“Collected on time. Returned parcel to Amazon. When I was filling in the delivery details I was asked for the name of the person receiving the return, and also for their email address. How would I know the name of the person in the returns department at Amazon, or their email address? It would not let me proceed with the filling in of the details until I completed this field, so in frustration I entered a made up name, it accepted this, but I did not enter anything about the email address.
They should accept that these details are not known to customers returning parcels. Having said that, my parcel was delivered on time, so all good. Apart from Amazon only refunding me £4.75 on a postage fee of £22.50, what a rip off, not only was my parcel damaged on delivery and having to pay for returns, I lost out big time!”
