I was directed to UPS for my courier. I paid and received all the correct paperwork for labelling and collection.
When the collection never arrived as detailed i had to ring UPS only to find that they had the collection address down as in Brentwood, I live in Skipton!! my address was shown correctly on all my paperwork. The whole episode took a day and a very expensive phone coll to correct. UPS gave no explanation as to why this could have happened.
Now i do not blame YOU for this error, i am sure it was UPS but I just thought you should be aware of it.
