Happy with every aspect apart from the rude member of staff who spoke to my Mum when she was dropping the parcel at the shop. His customer service was non existent, he was unhelpful, rude and I would never select that store in future as an Evri partner. Otherwise, the price, the time and the delivery lady at who got my parcel back to me was all spot on.
