I paid for my parcel to be collected from my house, but the person collecting never turned up. Had to take it the following day to a drop off shop. (A 17 mile round trip.) Not happy with this as I had paid for this service.
The parcel got to it's destination speedily, but the person delivering it left it in their "safe space" when they were in. They did not attempt to contact my customer at all.
Not the best of services I think.
