“Never ever again. I cannot recommend this company. 1 week to pick up the parcel and then the parcel was damaged in transit. The £50 insurance policy is worthless. Terrible is the only way to describe this company”
“Online all looks remarkably simple and easy to arrange and implement. However, when I went to drop off the parcel the depot said they had no more room and could I check back the following day. Same at another depot but third time lucky and parcel taken and delivered within 24hours. I don't know whose problem this was but I've dropped you a star for what was otherwise and excellent service!”

“They are rip off merchants. They take your money and tell you the courier is booked then when they don't turn up they tell you there will be 3 collection attempts. Then they tell you to take it to the courier yourself. They charge you £6 cancellation fee and don't give refunds. Basically its a website designed to steal money by advertising a service that they don't provide. Absolutely disgusted with these jokers. Parcelzero more like not parcel hero! Go to a reputable courier and book directly for a few pound more and you'll actually get what you pay for.”
