“Didn’t show up and lied to say came and parcel not ready. Took hours of complaining on phone to arrange collection. Agreed a refund but didn’t get it. Even next day 2 hours late”
“Poor. The courier who arrived shouted at my daughter when the parcel didn't have a label on it. Despite having chosen the printer free option he claimed that he didn't have a label which then began a set of rebooking which left me travelling to two drop off points, one of which is no longer taking parcels and the other which was not suitable for non printer again!!
Cost in excess of £35 to send when I was originally quoted less than £10.
Not happy overall. Will not be using again.”

“I needed to change recipient name. It was bad enough you wanted to charge me £9 to do so. When I had changed it I went back to check details were correct this time and then noticed you were trying to charge twice plus cancellation. I came out of site, went in again, this time you were charging three times. Couldn't resolve it, happy to pay £9 just to get out of it.”
“Useless website and zero customer service. My next-day delivery parcel has never been collected and I have only wasted precious time and energies. The fact that you have no actual customer service to listen to customer issues and help them is a huge issue. If you think that having in place few web pages with standard answers means providing a service, then you will awake pretty soon to the hard reality. Also you can keep your shameful £6 cancellation fee I had to pay on top of the damage I have received from the missed shipment, just forget to see customers again.”
