“Initially good, then took an expensive bike and destroyed it, I thought a strong, professional bike box would be enough, no you managed to break a carbon fibre frame.
However, my fault, didn’t take out the insurance, more fool me.
Don’t recommend, wouldn’t use, EVER again.

“Not a good service. I used Parcelhero to return a bathroom sink and pedestal that were not in the end needed as part of my bathroom refurb. Despite being packaged carefully, with 'Fragile' tape around the boxes, both items arrived back at the warehouse smashed to pieces. I won't be using Parcelhero again.”
“NO ONE CAME TO PICK MY PARCEL UP SECOND IN A ROW WHEN I CALLED 3 times in the morning to get it confirmed if somebody is coming. I would now have to refund my customers what they purchased. Extremely bad service”
