“No pickup, no communications or ability to phone.
The parcel pickup didn’t materialise. It was a third party carrier, who didn’t recognise the tracking number. When I looked to ParcelHero for help, you just get sent round in circles in their online help and no access to a phone number was found.
Cancelled and went elsewhere.”

The first service (£46 for a small package to China) eventually went through, but the labels failed to print. After many emails, I was told this service was no longer available, but for another £24 there was an alternative. Would you be happy with this service?”

“I have now set three parcels to clients via my parcel hero the first one I had no confirmation that the recipient received there parcel which was in UK via Hermes the second one went to France via Parcelforce had three confirmations arrived on time very impressed the third was meant to be collected today by Hermes and no collection was done so now have to take to a pick up shop tomorrow :(”
