“Absolutely terrible service provided. I had a collection booked through them which for some unknown reason got cancelled. The couriers (TNT) were also unaware of the reason. I then rebooked - no one arrived within the timescale provided. I emailed various time to get an update on the situation- no response received. I have suffered a lot of stress and inconvenience due to this. The items which were scheduled to be collected needed to be delivered by a certain time which unfortunately will not happen now. The pallet is in my driveway ready to be picked up.”
