Though, my item made to its' destination in Japan in a few days.
The price is far less than using other established couriers and they have drop off points in Morrisons shopping centres'.

“Did not give me the despatch labels before the collection and there is no way of contacting them, apart from email which took 2 days to get a response (after the collection). Ended up cancelling (for which there is a fee, despite them not providing the promised service) and using a different provider (who booked me on the same courier, produced the labels immediately and had a number to call in the event of any questions/issues). Steer clear - there are many other providers, for the same price, but with the ability to contact in the event of any issue.”
“I like the fact that the Haverhill depot prepares and attaches the customs forms but this still isn't made clear when booking. When the driver collected he told me he couldn't take the consignment without the forms, and was surprised that they were addressed to Haverhill. When I said those were the online instructions he went & phoned and was told I was correct. Doesn't really instil confidence. Otherwise fast and efficient.”

“Great price for shipping but tots up a bit if you need to ensure against loss in Transit (no pun intended) brings it up to a similar price to the A list couriers. Having said that Hermes never lost anything sent to me so you take your chances. And the parcel was collected and delivered as forecast.”
