Order status then got changed to ‘collection no longer required’ which I didn’t change and no explanation. When I emailed to find out what happened, no help whatsoever, got told they will reattempt to deliver with no knowledge of the change of order status and then got told to just drop off at a local place. Appalled by the customer service and not happy that I’ve been charged £6 to cancel it when I’ve been waiting my parcel to be collected for 2 days.”
“Courier turned up but only to shove a "we missed you" through the door and scarlet. No ring on the doorbell,no knock, no phone call despite providing a number. Nothing.
Now I get to pay £9 for the privilege of rebooking the collection for tomorrow, on top of the £60 I've already paid. Let's wait and see if that happens. Thanks!”
“I was very happy with the pickup. However the delivery was done a day earlier than agreed , so it was not expected. The delivery firm (Hermes)did not ring the bell or phone but simply dumped the package at the gate( my daughter lives on a busy road and the gate is at the bottom of a long drive, so the parcel could easily have been stolen or weather-damaged. )”
“The website was easy to use, very good value and the delivery experience excellent. Great that a printer wasn't needed- it would have been logistically very difficult as parcel picked up from an elderly relative. I would definitely use again as it wasn't much more than going to the post office and a far better experience. The times given for puck up and delivery were very accurate, which when working from home is a bonus, as it is hard staying in all day with no fresh air.”
