I was very happy with the pickup. However the delivery was done a day earlier than agreed , so it was not expected. The delivery firm (Hermes)did not ring the bell or phone but simply dumped the package at the gate( my daughter lives on a busy road and the gate is at the bottom of a long drive, so the parcel could easily have been stolen or weather-damaged. )
