Only order from them if you're 100% sure you're not going to send it back. You are unlikely to get a refund without a struggle. My parcel never arrived back at the warehouse apparently. I Couldn't provide my proof of purchase which was entirely my fault but from reading other reviews, even if I had provided it they would have found another excuse not to provide a refund, like it was damaged or showed signs of wear. I've lost £50 and will never order from this company again. Wish I'd have read the reviews before I ordered. I would never have bothered.

Awful! I love in store quiz but they have alot more online so I ordered two things online both arrived one top to small, not overly fussed return it and buy a bigger size. Jumpsuit just didn't look right so I returned. Easy. No I got the refund for the top but not the jumpsuit? I emailed asking what was going on as it had been 2 weeks and had nothing, and was emailed back by all different people, some saying couldn't find the return? And then eventually one replied with the item but had a picture with a massive hole in the back saying I returned it like this? And said they know it wasn't send out like this, which I agreed i didn't receive it with a hole but not did I return it with a hole!! And they were rude and not helpful at all and said it's my fault and I will not get any money! I was appalled by the customer service, the rudeness and unhelpfulness!!! Will never order from quiz again, money down the drain and extremely rude staff!!

I ordered a dress, apparently the courier delivered it to a wrong address. I needed the dress for an occasion. I can't get hold of my parcel and there's no contact number for quiz except email. It's over a week still haven't receive my refunds. They keep sending me emails back and forth requesting for information that was not specify on the form. Run away from this website! There customer service is zero. There's no one to talk to...isn't that dodgy?! Avoid!

Really bad customer services, returned goods. First instance I was accused off not sending all items back so refunded £20 less. Made a complaint then they found the dress??!! In their warehouse marked! So they refused to give my refund. Please avoid! They are dishonest

Avoid please just avoid! Customer service is shocking! I bought 5 items tried one one decided the fit was not right- sent them all back. I got a partial refund? They said we only received 4 items, and I had to prove I’d sent them back with a postal receipt. They wanted to open an investigation into the missing dress in the warehouse. So no refund! Then they said we’ve found the dress and it’s stained so your not getting your refund! ?? I had not opened the packaging??? Where did the dress disappear to? Why do I have to pay for the dress? No customer loyalty, warehouse is a disfunctional mess, loosing stock then stock appearing! And you will be charged for all their incompetences!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Worse customer service ever I’ve never shopped online before but about 2 months ago I discovered Quiz dresses. There’s a wide range of dresses and at first glance I thought they were a good price. I ordered x3 times with various orders, totalling to about 10 dresses. I found the one I liked and sent the rest back but one side around the bust seemed bigger than the other and around the neck piece, the stitching was slightly pulled out. I sent the dress back and ordered the dress again - a size 14 and a size 12. The dress is for a wedding I’m attending in Cyprus 18th September and I wanted to make sure I had a dress in advance. The size 14 was still not a great fit around my bust but the size 12 fit nicely however I noticed a pull in the front of the dress. I contacted the Quiz customer services on 04th September requesting that they send me a replacement dress and sent pictures of the snag. 07/09 the customer service team advised me the dress was out of stock so they were unable to send me a replacement. The team told me to send the dress back so I could get a refund but this didn’t help me as I would be left without a dress and didn’t have any time to go shopping in between a busy work period and moving house. On 09/09 they offered me a £3 refund which is a complete and utter disgrace. A member of the team told me it was only 1 imperfection on the dress so there isn’t much they can do. 11/09 I emailed Quiz advising the size 12 dress was back in stock and asked them to send me a replacement. They said that I needed to return the dress first but I didn’t want to send this back and then risk them not sending me the replacement dress in time. My thought process was that I would wear the snagged dress if I didn’t get the replacement dress even though this shouldn’t have to be the case. The customer service team told me to order the dress as normal which incurs the £3.95 delivery charge. I don’t think its fair I should have to pay the delivery charge again as I wouldn’t need to reorder another dress if the dress was quality checked before it was sent to me! They should be emailing me telling me the dress is back in stock, not the other way around. 12/09 customer service team said they are looking into my query. I chased the team 12/09, 13/09 and today but still have not got anything. I called a number I found online but the lady she was unable to do anything to help as the customer service is only contactable via email or call back. I also raised a complaint on Resolver (https://complaint.resolver.co.uk) but its been 12 days and still no updates at all! I’m leaving early morning this Wednesday without a replacement dress and dealing with the customer service team has been absolutely rubbish. I work in customer service myself and understand what its like when complaints like this come in so I don’t usually do this but im so frustrated! Complete disappointment. Strongly recommend to never use quiz clothing as quality is rubbish and customer service is even worse.

Went to Quiz in Silverburn at 6pm last night in the hope of finding something for my 2 daughters and I to wear to a black tie event soon. We had no idea what we were looking for and I hate shopping at the best of times. The girls picked up a couple of dresses that they liked and headed to the changing rooms where we were met by a lovely girl called Theresa. She helped one of my daughters into the dress as it was very strappy at the back then suggested some shoes that would match it. She came back with the shoes and a matching clutch bag which complimented the dress beautifully. She then turned to my other daughter who had put on a dress and suggested she try the same one in a different colour as she thought it would really suit her. Theresa came back with a green dress and asked what shoe size would be needed and she'd have a look for something to match. Back she came with a perfect pair of shoes, clutch bag and a necklace that when she put it on my daughter it just perfected the whole outfit. We had only been there 20mins and I was delighted and more than happy to go shopping another time for myself but she insisted she knew which dresses would suit my size, shape etc and brought a range of dresses in a couple of colours. As soon as we saw the black one we all liked it and I tried it on. It felt great on and was a lovely thick material, I felt like Pretty Woman, without the make up, hair nails etc. When I came out of the changing room the girls faces said it all and I was delighted. At that point Theresa had appeared back in the changing room with shoes, clutch bag and jewellery that went perfectly with the dress. A 30 minute experience, 3 complete, beautiful outfits and an ecstatic 3 girls looking forward to the function. Just goes to show when you get someone who is a natural with fashion and an eye for what suits every shape and size, it can make shopping a painless pleasure. Thanks a million Theresa at Silverburn, we can't thank you enough!!! What a Gem ;-)

I went into a Quiz store in the Crescent in Limerick. I tried on a teal jumpsuit in a size 8 and asked the clerk to hold it for me and that I would come back soon. She took my name and told me that was fine. Less than an hour later I returned to the store, told them my name and described the jumpsuit. They held up a teal jumpsuit in the exact same style and asked me was that it, to which I said yes because it was the same style and colour as the one I tried on and asked them to hold and I had given them my name twice. At home I wanted to try the jumpsuit on and to my shock they had given me the jumpsuit in a size 16. I bought this on a Saturday for my university graduation on the Monday. This left me in a panic with nothing to wear for my university graduation ceremony on Monday morning. I emailed Quiz directly about it and explained the situation to them and expressed my dissatisfaction about being handed the wrong sized jumpsuit after giving my name twice and returning within the hour of asking them to hold it for me. They offered me a measly 20% discount off my next purchase despite the fact that as a student I get a 15% discount anyways and would obviously not be able to use the two discounts at once. I told them that this compensation was basically worthless to me as I already get the 15% discount and they did not seem to care and said that that was all they were going to offer. Obviously this was all my bad experience was worth to them. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction thus I have lost faith in their company and will never shop there again.

I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding that I needed ASAP, So I payed next day delivery which is 6.99, the dresses did not come until 5 days later! I sent emails to quiz asking where they were and they said they were investigating it, I asked them for a refund on the dresses as I still not recieved them and I no longer needed them I also asked for a refund on the delivery charge, they said they would ask the courier to send the parcel back to their warehouse,funnly enough my parcels got delivered so I had to send them back and wait until they received them for a refund, I got emails yesterday for my refund but the delivery charge is not added on this, I am very dissapointed I will not be buying off quiz again they are a waste of time!

Quiz clothing sent me a faulty dress with a broken strap. I returned it to them straight away explaining why and they accused me of creating the fault. As a result they won't refund me. The dress does not even fit me so there is absolutely no way that I would have worn it. DO NOT buy from this company. Sending damaged goods and accusing customers of the faults it not a way of doing business!

I returned 3 dresses but received a refund for 2 because there was no tags and it showed signs of wear on one dress. I have ordered online for years and I am always careful when returning. I made sure the tags were on when I put it in bag. Their photos of proof showed the dress in a disgusting state and is not how I returned. I was assured that this is exactly how it arrived to them. After googling problems with quiz returns I have seen this to be very common with other customers too. I will never again order from quiz.

Wrote a review about how my basket went from 1 item to 5 and £24.99 to £116. Would like to say that quiz have now cancelled the order and have issued me with a full refund which i am very relived about.

Placed an order on line for 1 item at £24.99 basket showed up the item i placed, however when the order and payment went through i was shocked to find that 4 previous things i had ordered and received in the past was added onto my basket. Instead of £24.99 which i thought i was paying for ended up as £116.95. Have sent them numerous emails and no response. Think its shocking that there is no phone number you can phone and speak to someone only via email. This has put me off ordering from them online again.

My wife purchased a pair of shoes from Quiz on line. She had purchased the shoes for our holiday. After being worn once the ankle strap broke. Emailed Quiz to be told that she could only have a gift card (-15%) because the shoes were older than 30 days. We will not be shopping at Quiz again. Seriously poor customer service.

I returned two dresses in perfect condition but got sent an email to say I was not getting a refund as they smelt of mould! They will not reply to my messages. Terrible service, will never buy from them again!

I've ordered clothes online for many years, without incident I may add but clearly from far more reputable companies than Quiz clothing given my recent experience with them. I've never encountered anything like it and they will NEVER get my custom again. I ordered four items for choice, kept one and returned three (two of which I noticed did not have tags but thought nothing of it at the time). I tried on the items once and returned within 14 days. I noticed that I was only refunded for one item (the cheapest). Emailed Quiz who replied to say that they were refusing to refund the other two as they did not have tags and were showing 'signs of wear' and they could not have been sent to me like that. Three photos were attached to the email, one of which showed stains on a grey item (neither of the 2 items were grey). I replied to say they had been sent without tags and showed no signs of wear when I put them back into the packaging that they were sent in. They replied stating that they looked as if they had been worn and, in addition, that they 'smelled strongly of body odour'. I knew they were being dishonest at this point because I've never had B.O. in my life and I'd tried on the items immediately after showering. I emailed back to say I was disgusted and insulted and informed them I had opened a Paypal dispute and would be informing trading standards. I then got an email from them saying they would refund the items on this occasion but ONLY if I closed the dispute. I had to point out to them that I couldn't do this as, once closed, a Paypal dispute cannot be reopened so should they decide to go against their word and not refund I could take no further action. Their final reply reiterated that they could not process a refund if the dispute was open which, of course, is nonsense. Meanwhile, the said items were sent back to me anyway and they informed me that I could just dispose of these. A month later, Paypal has upheld my claim and made them cough up and refund me. It's been an altogether stressful and unpleasant shopping experience but an eye-opener nonetheless that such a large company can behave in such a despicable manner yet get away with it. This morning I finally opened the package containing the returned items and rather than two stained, tatty and stinky pieces of clothing I found them exactly as I'd returned them: new but tagless. No stains in sight, no wear and tear and certainly no stench of body odour. They smelled like new items because they are. So, Quiz clothing have not only lied repeatedly and made false accusations they have sent fake photographs, too. And tried to deceive me regarding the Paypal dispute process. All to save refunding a total of just under £60. Bravo, Quiz clothing, bravo.

I processed a return through Quiz's website and they used ReBound as the courier. Rebound told me that they delivered my return to Quiz on 6/25/2019. I contacted Quiz via email and I provided them with all of my shipping and tracking documents; I even forwarded them the email that I received from ReBound stating that they delivered the return to Quiz. Quiz said they can't locate my return package and that I should contact ReBound directly to get the shipping information that they need. ReBound does not have any contact information and clearly states in the email to "Please allow up 3 working days for your refund to be processed. If this period is exceeded, or if you need assistance, then please contact Quiz directly using link http://customercare@quizclothing.co.uk." So basically they're giving me the run around. I will absolutely never purchase anything from or recommend Quiz to anyone ever again!!

Returned a dress and they said I would not get a refund as it was in a worn condition. I only tried it on! Will avoid in the future, if you look at the other reviews you'll see this is quite common.
