“Very poor! Returned items taking up to three weeks to receive money back! Shockingly poor customer service and always by email never any number to call to discuss and just keep referring to returns policy ignoring the fact the time scales are over a week over! Never ordering again from quiz online”

“Awful service - email address had an error in it when ordering - contacted them to let them know and to ask if they could update records so I had order confirmation and delivery updates. All customer service did twice was say they'd resent the order confirmation twice to the email address they knew was already wrong!!?? Took days to sort and never got any response to request for help from Social Media team. Avoid this shambles like the plague.”

“I ordered online and the shoes didn't turn up so i contacted quiz customer service who would not speak to me over the phone only email contact was made, they said they would speak to their courier, i told them i no longer needed the shoes as it had been 10 days since ordering so i bought elswhere, no reply to my emails for a few more days then i went away for the weekend, i came home to a note from hermes saying they had put a parcel from quiz in my green bin, the same bin that was emptied that morning so again i contacted quiz only to be told again that they need to speak with the courier i have sent 4 emails since this and no reply, to this day i still have not been refunded and i am unsure on how to take it further as there is no way of ringing them! Please avoid”

“next day delivery to a shop front. The items did not get delivered on time, nor does the shop accept deliveries from the courier user ( Hermes). The shop was given as an option on the quiz website so somebody has not done their job properly to ensure the information is accurate. The next day my item was delivered to a completely different address, not one that i selected or have used previously. On emailing quiz( no contact number provided) i was advised i may only get my delivery fee refunded though i have not received my item as it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. I am fuming. Should i risk my life and knock on the door it was delivered too? Why should I. I won't be purchasing from them again and I'd advise you not to either.”

You reviewed Quiz Add photo Liz 4 reviews 1 star: Bad Just now Very poor customer service Extremely disappointed with my experience of ordering online with Quiz. Firstly they have no telephone number to speak directly to customer services which is very frustrating. All correspondence is via email which causes significant delays. I was sent a damaged dress that due to time constraints I had to keep and wear for an event. When I informed Quiz they did not even apologise for sending out a damaged item and simply told me to go to a shop and see if I could find the same dress and exchange. I explained that I ordered online for convenience and going to store was not an option. I was only then offered an apology and a very meagre 15% off And I was still charged delivery despite the item being damaged. I will avoid shopping with Quiz in future and would advise others to only shop in store if you must. Quiz do not prioritise customer satisfaction. I have since read a lot of complaints on their social media pages.”

“Ordered a sequin dress which had a whole row of sequins missing. The customer service rep said to send back and they would issue a replacement immediately as it was urgently required for my husbands 40th. I then receive an email saying they've refunded me as its out of stock but when I looked onine it was in stock but for more money!! I complained and they basically said tough! Very poor customer service. I've now bought a better dress elsewhere.”

“This so called company, should be investigated as they take your money and give you nothing, on line at least. Please shoppers don’t give these people your money. You won’t see your orders again. Rotten company. I’ve advice for getting my money back using ‘ charge back’. I suggest you all do the same. I’ve read on line that their profits aren’t as high as they’d like. Could that be the reason they are stealing from the customer? That’s what it adds up to ‘M”

“They told my mum she has 28 days for a refund as she asked when she bought the item and today when she went to return it after 21 days they have said to her they only refund within 14 days and refused to refund her item.”

“Terrible company. Should be investigated for theft. As soon as you order and pay, you hear no more from them. Please don’t get robbed from this company. Do not order in line. Disgusting. I’d rather have handed my money to some one homeless and deserving than lining the pockets of this disgusting company. At lease I would have a choice as to what happens with my money.”

“Absolutely rotten company. Please people do not order on line from this company. Don’t trust a word they say. Ordered a dress. Confirmation order came instantly saying when dispatched m, I should receive dress in 2 to 3 days. No more emails came for 10 days. When I emailed them as to my where abouts of my order, I’ve been given one runaround after another. This is not a company to trust. I bet they do this all the time until you give up. I’m not giving up. I’ve opened up a debit card dispute with my Lloyd’s bank. I’ve already got my reference number to open the case but gave to wait 15 days in total to start it off. If or when successful, the bank pulls the money from Quiz and it goes down as a negative impact on this rotten company if they have too many people getting re-dress from your own bank. I suggest you all do the same and don’t put up with this scam of a company any longer.”

“What can I say 🤔 If you want to buy anything from here make sure you go to a shop and see what your actually buying! I recently shopped online and oh boy what a big mistake that was. I ordered a necklace top, I received the top with no necklace, the label was all torn to his some writing that it had on it, the top it’s self was a disgrace, it had catches all over it. Truth if you go to the secondhand shop your probably buy better. First time and last time I will shop online and I will never shop in store again that for sure! I will await my refund and an apology for sending such rubbish to a paying customer!!! Oft rant over and out haha”

“Only order from them if you're 100% sure you're not going to send it back. You are unlikely to get a refund without a struggle. My parcel never arrived back at the warehouse apparently. I Couldn't provide my proof of purchase which was entirely my fault but from reading other reviews, even if I had provided it they would have found another excuse not to provide a refund, like it was damaged or showed signs of wear. I've lost £50 and will never order from this company again. Wish I'd have read the reviews before I ordered. I would never have bothered.”

“Awful! I love in store quiz but they have alot more online so I ordered two things online both arrived one top to small, not overly fussed return it and buy a bigger size. Jumpsuit just didn't look right so I returned. Easy. No I got the refund for the top but not the jumpsuit? I emailed asking what was going on as it had been 2 weeks and had nothing, and was emailed back by all different people, some saying couldn't find the return? And then eventually one replied with the item but had a picture with a massive hole in the back saying I returned it like this? And said they know it wasn't send out like this, which I agreed i didn't receive it with a hole but not did I return it with a hole!! And they were rude and not helpful at all and said it's my fault and I will not get any money! I was appalled by the customer service, the rudeness and unhelpfulness!!! Will never order from quiz again, money down the drain and extremely rude staff!!”

“I ordered a dress, apparently the courier delivered it to a wrong address. I needed the dress for an occasion. I can't get hold of my parcel and there's no contact number for quiz except email. It's over a week still haven't receive my refunds. They keep sending me emails back and forth requesting for information that was not specify on the form. Run away from this website! There customer service is zero. There's no one to talk to...isn't that dodgy?! Avoid!”
