“Just not worth the hassle. Yes they are competitive but so are others who are also able to offer customers a service too. Wrong sizes or out of stock is commo place. Their stock system just isn't fit for purpose. Customers service is none existent. your email are ignored and goods fail to arrive after you've been charged. Chasing for a refund is a nightmare. I've bought around 20 items over the last 3 weeks and I've had problems with 40% of the orders. I will never never use them again...”
“If I could give zero star I would. Bought 7 items, the day they meant to be delivered I track them and none of them even got dispatched. Of course I made enquiries, received automated reply. Eventually later on the day I received emails stating the they would refund me. Absolutely ridiculous, that was the actual email: "you have been refunded as we speak" that's all. Not even an apology that they couldn't fulfil a single item out of the 7. What a joke, absolute amateurs!!”

“submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.”

“Ordered a pair of tan brogues. When I opened the box they had sent me 2 totally different style of shoes. Sent them back got a refund but not the money it cost me for the postage. I find this disgraceful not only for the cost sending them back but no one obviously does any checks before items are sent. Will never use again”
