“Placed an order and paid for goods to be told the had gone in to administration. Funny how try were up and running a few weeks later. Lost about £ 140 Complete scam”
“I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this website. Please people, do not order ! I returned a pair of boots because they weren’t the right size l. After several emails and more than a month later they emailed me back saying the item was received with signs of wear. I only tried one of them on to check the size the boots were immaculate when I returned them! This website is a scam please please DO NOT ORDER ! You won’t get your money back. I am a hundred quid down.”
“Such a bad experience, I ordered 2 items , one come one didn’t came . Online says both been dispatched! I tried to contact them by email cos they don’t have call center and no answer . That item was a expensive one ...such bad customer service and such a bad experience. I don’t recommend!”

“I bought several items but had to return 2. Initially I couldn’t gain access to my account so contacted secret sales to help. They have me a link to creat a return. The items returned were received on 7th July but I still have not been refunded. I have sent many emails and have been completely ignored. I have tried calling but it appears their phones are off. They are the worst for customer service and I am out of pocket despite complying with returns terms and conditions. They also have never sorted out the access to my account.
I have only ordered from them once before and on that occasion had to chase them as the order took 5 weeks to arrive. Awful customer service and not at all worried about customers losing money!”
“I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and sent one pair back. The return was signed for on the 4th August 2020 and I am still waiting for my £160.00 refund! No phone is answered and no email response. I have gone through a company called Resolver, free of charge company that can hopefully get my money back.....pure robbery Secret Sales would never recommend!!”
“I ordered a bag as a gift for someone, chose to do the 4 easy pay option bag never arrived, so I cancelled future payments, I’ve just had a reminder about my second payment, so told them you’ve had the first payment and your not getting anymore, not paying for something I never received, oh and if I don’t make second payment I’ll incur a de fault charge. Why would I pay for something I never received. I’m already out of pocket for the first payment.”
“My initial purchase was delivered quickly and I felt confident to make a further purchase, however it is not what I ordered and there has been no response from my emails and their phone is ALWAYS engaged. My next action will be to raise a complaint with the bank to get my money back due to zero response from secret sales!!”

“The products I bought are really poor quality there is no way they would sell in the open market at the price they were advertised on the site. Shockingly cheap and bad quality. I bought 2 watches and some wireless headphones. There instructions on how to install the watch app on the phone have massive spelling mistakes and the watch has the American date settings unable to change it to the Britsh date settings. Really sad to have wated money.”

“i m one of the victims of secret sale, now in adminstration, even though they were in crisis and no due diligence and accountability to thier customers before going into administration and continued receiving orders and taking people s hard-earned money. they sold thier website as intelectual property to a new company, and the latter thechnically has nothing to do with secrect sales ltd previous of secret sales website despite at least one or two board from company who managed the awfull secret sales website through secret sales ltd company are still serving still the currentcompany who is in charge . You will really seat for your money.”

we were a supplier and we know they were selling stock they didnt own or their suppliers owed.
