“I have ordered a number of pairs of shoes. They arrived in 4 different parcels. When I wanted to return, I was unable to send just one parcel, I had to pay for postage x 4 to send to four different locations. Really messy arrangement, customer service takes a week to respond with a dismissive message, with absolutely no interest in resolving your issue. Companies like these should not be allowed to trade.”
“Ordered a cushion, arrived with large hole on the front, when taken out of packaging stinking of weed, think driver must have been smoking in delivery van although my cat seemed to love it!!! Contacted Secret Sales as no advice note or return label included. Informed that they would contact seller for returns label, advised I was self isolating and would need courier to pick up item, was told that was up to seller to organise with myself, Turns out you buy from Secret Sales but when things go wrong it’s not their responsibility. Will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend. Still waiting for reply from seller. Only gave 1 star to post review or it would be zero”

“Ordered a pair of slip on Skechers size 8. I am a snr carer so need a comfortable pair of slip ons. Usually buy them from QVC, unfortunately they were out of my size. Delighted to find the exact pair on secretsales and slightly cheaper. Item arrived as promised. The slip ons look the same and that is all. They are stiff not flexible, very narrow and definitely not a size 8. Will never use this sight again. Gonna send slip ons to skechers for them to verify if they are indeed skechers.”
“Terrible customer service, no contact number and they just Stop responding to emails. My orders arrived very late and I queried this a few times and then requested a refund and waiver of the refund fees. Kept chasing email sent and they just stopped replying. Had to pay £7.50 to return two different orders. Will not order again!”

“I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this website. Please people, do not order ! I returned a pair of boots because they weren’t the right size l. After several emails and more than a month later they emailed me back saying the item was received with signs of wear. I only tried one of them on to check the size the boots were immaculate when I returned them! This website is a scam please please DO NOT ORDER ! You won’t get your money back. “I bought several items but had to return 2. Initially I couldn’t gain access to my account so contacted secret sales to help. They have me a link to creat a return. The items returned were received on 7th July but I still have not been refunded. I have sent many emails and have been completely ignored. I have tried calling but it appears their phones are off. They are the worst for customer service and I am out of pocket despite complying with returns terms and conditions. They also have never sorted out the access to my account.
I have only ordered from them once before and on that occasion had to chase them as the order took 5 weeks to arrive. Awful customer service and not at all worried about customers losing money!”
