I ordered over £1300 for a big list of items, I know that was crazy thing! Then on My Order items list they are few of them worth £700???? I am still chasing them but no answer from the company. They have no costumer service support to call over the phone. The chat is useless. I don't know what other thing to do! I am really so disappointed and wont order again from them at all. They are not a trusty people.”
“I ordered 6 Futaba servos from them. Immediately after I entered the order, I received notification a bogus "international" charge was made to my CC account well over the amount I authorized. I contacted the company through their website with no reply. Their name tells it all, BUYERS BEWARE”

“Placed an order online for my sons school shoes. Advised delivery 3-5 days but had not arrived over a week later. When I contacted customer services they advised that there had been an error, they could not fulfill my order and I would have to wait another 5 days for a refund.

“Order hair products, thought the price was to good to be true and guess what it was they have never arrived. You can have no communication with this company as they don’t answer emails or live chat.
Tracking number given a waste of time as doesn’t work. Lesson learnt if it seems to good it is. Paid £36.90 and looks like no chance of getting a refund or the items
