“Customer service poor. When the item didn't arrive on schedule, they'd taken payment yet Royal Mail Track and Trace was still saying it was waiting to receive it I emailed CS. They replied, apologised and said they would contact the supplier and come back to me. Since then, silence. I sent another 4 emails following up. The 'we're here for you' link in their email boilerplate is broken. Webchat just loops back to my order. Messenger link wants you to download an app and I really don't want to waste data and sharey personal info with another company just to be able to query and order. Item eventually did arrive but quality not great. Only not returning it as can't face even more hassle from them.”

“Never use the company again be warned everyone, ordered 6 pairs Mens shoes for a wedding party. Unsuitable so I returned all six pairs, I noticed they had refunded me for two so got on to customer service, what a joke no help at all, all they kept saying was that I only returned 4 pairs, but they only refunded for two anyway. Had to go through PayPal in the end and managed to get a refund, waited almost two weeks though waiting for secret sales to put there case forward but nothing. I will be getting in touch with trading standards as how many people have been ripped off?”
“I've purchased shoes from their website last month, but were not the quality I expected them to be (they seemed completely different to the converse I would normally buy locally). I've returned them on 26th of January, using their EVRI QR code, yet I still have not received my refund, it's been over 2 weeks! This is outrageous. Not only that they've kept the delivery cost, they also then charged me for creating a return label (I've never dealt with company who would do such thing), and now my refund is taking over 2 weeks! Stay away from that company, my money has been STOLEN.”
