Be prepared that you will have missing items! They send you a couple and don’t send you the rest of your items!
You items show up missing and to reach out to secret sales is nearly impossible as their response time takes a very long time! So watch out for that when you order it’s been over a week and update now almost 4 weeks and they have not turned up!
Because I’m missing items and I have reached out for help and they are dodging responsibility when I have provided evidence from the couriers who have proven my case.
I have now escalated this dispute with my payment providers (Clearpay) and my bank.””

“Ordered a jacket on 18 May. Delivery promised in 3-5 days. Money deducted 150 pounds day after order. No confirmation email or order number. No responses to queries. No goods. Who can I complain to. Is there an ombudsman for mail order sales ?”
“Ordered a Versace trainers and Enzo pair of jeans for husband bday. Arrived within estimated delivery date but opened the package and very disappointed to find they're fake, besides they are bad quality fake.Very misleading and won't be buying there again”
“Really bad customer service, if you don't have an account with them you are referred to the guest portal and then the portal doesn't recognise your order number and postcode with the message saying all that + email address, which isn't even entered. You can't call them and then you have to use the chat function, which I never seem to get a response too, been waiting over 40 mins now. Very frustrating, I definitely won't be ordering off them again, all I want to do is return an item, it shouldn't be this hard!”
“I placed an order with them on 1st May'23 On 2nd May they deducted the amount from my Visa account. Yet when I went onto my account on their website. It says I have not placed any orders. I got no e-mail from them confirming my order with an order number Has anyone else encountered this problem & are they a scam? Trying to contact them is virtually impossible.So it appears I have paid them and get nothing in return. Disgusting Company/ Buyer beware”
“Returning items is a pain. The live chat is not live and it takes around 40 mins for anyone to respond to you.
Arranging a return on their website is a nuisance, Ive spoken and emailed so many times about the technical issues that customers face. The screen just goes blank on selecting an item to return and it doesnt work. The only woek around the Secret Sales person said was to send it back to them and then they would refund anything over the cost of £3.50.

“Do not buy from Secret Sales. All items are despatched from different retailers and if you return you have to return each item to each retailer at your cost. And the process is very unclear and difficult, with multiple order numbers and no paperwork informing you of the different order numbers. Absolute nightmare!”
“Ordered item- Ralph Lauren shirt. It came very quickly. Don’t think real though as scanned qr code and didn’t show a tick.
Looks real from the front but material not custom fit stretch And low grade cotton. What can I say, I’m absolutely livid.

“I would give zero stars but that is not possible. Ordered a pair of UGG boots costing £50.10 with P&P 18/12/22 and I've never received them! Been chasing them ever since but their customer service is shocking! I've tried the chat and been cut off several times then had an email to say Customer Services would be in touch....still waiting and I've chased them up numerous times by both chat and email. Awful service and will never order from them again. Cannot understand why Trustpilot shows them as 4* and will be challenging this!”

“I’ve always had a positive experience and loved everything I bought. I bought some boots that don’t suit me so returned the on Dec 18th. They received on Dec 22nd. “Ordered versace jumper was reduced to £57 but should of payed £5.70. The quality was terrible the label in the back was clearly stiched completely wrong wasn't even straight. Two holes under the arm pit were the stitching hadn't been finished. The authentic labels were clearly fake. Messaged secret sales with pictures but no response. Shocking”
“Secret Sales is a trading name of LRG online Ltd from whom I purchased a pair of Jack and Jones chinos – they turned out to be utter rubbish quality but the real issue was the fact that they were described as 32” waist but in fact measured 34”. To be fair this was not the fault of Secret Sales but their handling of the problem was nothing short of a disgrace. I had to jump through hoops to extract a prepaid return label from them and two weeks after they received the item back from me I still had no refund, and emailing them proved to be a complete waste of time.
Fortunately I had paid using PayPal through which I was able to raise a dispute and after six weeks of failed requests to Secret Sales PayPal gave me a refund. Despite their many faults PayPal came through for me on this occasion so thanks to them. As for Secret Sale, I’d like to think this was due to inefficient customer care but I believe it to be deliberate because the company is dishonest and untrustworthy.”
“Fake Enzo jeans
Fake Enzo jeans. Came in a clear bag with 30L written in it. Direct from Enzo they have special packaging etc. I have real ones of the same product code just a different colour and the ones from secret sales are fake. They obviously don't check their sellers and let this happen all the time as it's sold by a 3rd part seller too, which all their items are which is not specificied on the site or its not noticeable anyway
Will neve buy again from here and I advise anyone who reads this to jump ship and realize the prices are too good to be true”
