Absolutely appalled. Husband tried to renew contract, been with them for ever! Afyer 35mins of not understanding this woman in Mumbai, talking too fast, decided to tell them to go away! Put ohone down. Tescos here we come!

Recently left virgin (who were terrible) and started with Three 5G internet. I signed up Friday afternoon, the hub arrived the next morning, I plugged it in and it was working within a few minutes. Had to contact their customer service to get the 18+ content unblocked and it was all sorted in under 12 minutes. Very good, very cheap, very fast, strongly recommend. Of course this is only a review on how easy it is to join and set up and after a couple of weeks of use so I can't comment on long term reliability or how helpful their customer service is with other issues

Very positive experience with Three so far. Much better value for money than my old network and coverage seems a lot better, no more patchy areas of poor signal! Also a nice bonus to get a £25 Amazon voucher for joining using a friend’s invite link. Following a family bereavement we were having some difficulty with customer services closing one mobile account whilst keeping another open with new details. Both lines ended up being suspended. Everything changed however when we went into the Telford office and spoke to Shaun and his assistant manager Steph. Steph was brilliant she dealt with us in such an empathetic way it turned a bad experience into a good one. Steph is a credit to the company, well done.

I was buying a new contract deal for my phone. The adviser was talked me through everything I need to know including where all the hidden charges can arise - which retail advisers do not typically do. Although he did try to up-sell, he did not try to push me into buying a deal that I did not really want. I am used to adviser pushing and pushing you until you want to forget the whole thing! Great customer service - thanks!

Let's face it, most telephone companies suck. But from the top providers in UK. I found that Three is the best. They at least give some effort to resolve your problems. Most importantly, I've personally never dealt with a lying sales person in Three. Compared to other brands, that's a rare thing. The service they provide is as you expect for internet and calls. I'm overall happy with them. When I first came to UK people advised me to join Three. I made a huge mistake by joining another company just because their stores looked more prestigious. I have 24 months of regret ahead of me.

Saw a phone on the website that I wanted but decided to visit the local store. Staff were friendly and talked me through the offers and demonstrated the phone I was interested in. They asked lots of questions about my needs and then showed me another phone that was in fact better and cheaper. Decided to purchase their recommendation and absolutely love it.

The two different staff members who I chatted with today were polite and courteous - I'm grateful for their assistance. I have no complaints with Three's staff. What I don't like are the endless validation codes and numbers to press. This is toxic and unnecessary garbage that never used to exist ten years ago. We need a workers revolution to end this digital tyranny, it's getting completely out of hand. Also, I don't appreciate having to jump though so many damned hoops simply to terminate a contract that expired well over ten years ago. If I wanted to start a new contract I wouldn't be asked to jump over so many hurdles. They make it easy to join and difficult to leave.
