“they have a good range of products but the staff are extremely rude & unhelpful, they need swatches on the makeup they sell because you have to open the packages to see what colour the products are. Two other women where opening the packages at the same time as me & the women working there came & yelled at me and my friend for opening them and proceed to tell all the staff working there what we had done so when I got to the till I got told of yet again and asked loads of questions about what we had done. I will never go to that store again”

“The service I received today in hull 12a althorpe rd Was outstanding The assistant who served me was so helpful she made my day comunication with me at the same time scanning my items 5958 assistant trans 3678 14/7/19 The store managers was hands on too ‘I could see he was very productive with the team You could see the store was managed by a good manager they all worked together A true asset to tk max One happy shopper”

“Just had a really bad experience in T K Maxx Reading. Bare in mind this is my mum’s favourite shop, which she shops at all the time. She took her purchase to the till and was told that the item she was about to purchase did not have the correct price sticker on it. We had already waited a very long time because there was a very long que. The person who served us refused to sell it as the price that was marked, this is really not good customer service as it was T K Maxx’s problem and NOT my mum’s. I was really shocked that the person who served us wasn’t willing to be more helpful. A good will gesture would of gone a long way to making this situation better. Severely disappointed.”

“Bought double quilt cover set opened up to make the bed and no buttons or eyelets in bottom to close it i didn't think TKMAXX sold seconds and this is the second bedding problem I've had the first problem was the bottom of the quilt was completely unfinished won't shop here again,so much for top names (these two products are definitely shoddy seconds”

“Amazing service from Tracy at the jewellery counter In TKmax hedge end !! I was completely blown away by her outstanding customer service . She went above and beyond to help me with a bag and hat as I am going to a concert and really needed help . Tracy adviced me not to take a back pac but to take a long strapped small bag so no one can pinch anything , and then I asked her , Tracy be honest which hat suits me best . She made sure to tell me which did suit me and gave honest opinions , without Tracy I would have looked like a cow girl from Texas . Thank you so much Tracy for your customer service it was a breath of fresh air . You gave me good ideas and in the end I spent over an hour in the shop and spent £156.40 pence . I think you are an asset to the company . Kind regards Sam xx”

“I have just visited ur Cardiff culver house store and was served by Haydn. I couldn’t find a thermos flask. I am disabled and he took time t listen and found the item. Polite and friendly young man. Well done and I will be back”

“Have been TKMAXX customer for 11 years. Very happy about items & customer support. Never had problems with click & collect service, however, time to time have problems with sending the wrong sizes. Of course, anyone can make a mistake, but not 5 times a month. I can’t understand how it’s possible to send the item M instead of XXS, as also, 18 years outfit instead of 18 months. Though, customer service was very polite, helpful and it’s not their fault, but they don’t take mistakes on an account and still receive the wrong items or badly damaged. After all I always ordered a few items of the same size - just in case. All items that I bought (Gucci, Burberry, Prada etc.) are authentic and cheaper, however, you have to keep in mind that they are outlet items and not the current season. I don’t care whether or not it’s a few years ago model... dress is a dress, Prada bag is Prada bag. So, very happy!”

“Went to Telford tkmaxx today the lady who served me was so rude and didn't like that I used my siblings discount . Her till number was 4 and her oper was 1292 wont be going again .”

“Absolutely disgusting behaviour from managers in the Tkmaxx store in middlebrook! Overheard them all talking about their employees in a very negative way when they was all running round working really hard whilst they stood there in a corner for approx 30 minutes watching them. Disgusting behaviour and will prevent me from ever shopping there again as I don’t want to be involved in any employee negligence.”

“Soot damage from TKMAXX candle. The candle we bought from TKMaxx has resulted in our walls and ceiling being damaged by soot. Only reaction: forwarded us to the company who even with all the evidence there (made loads of pictures) denying reliability. So if you want to re-paint your living room new, then I would definitely buy from TKMAXX.”

“Keep away from these shops......they are now riddled with posh sounding but ultimately fake brands that turn out to be TK Maxx sub-brands cheaply made in China and sold as premium clothes. The company are simply misleading its customer deliberately. This is not a sustainable strategy and will end in tears!”

“Their is a securityguard Sam who works in the romford branch she is polite and helful. I recently lost my bank card and she went to great lengths to check the cctv and re-trace my steps and found it on the shop floor all within 10 mins. Fast and efficient with great customer service. I cannot praise her enough. Now I do not need to cancel my card.”
