“Really good customer service. I phoned to check on my order and was told the sink was out of stock for the vanity unit i'd purchased. They arranged to swap it with a more expensive version without any additional cost to me, and got it delivered the next day. Could do with being more pro-active from a communication point of view after the order is placed but once contacted, they were very good. I dealt with James Roberts who was very helpful.”
