SEVEN weeks i have tried to find out where my parcel has been delivered to !!!!!!!! Now they do not answer the phone or Emails from me....Driver FORGED my signature and said delivered so according to them and Ebay end of story....I had to spend another £220 for my wife's surprise birthday present and pick it up so she had it on the day....Also must of cost me a packet in calling premium rate no which they never answer even though im !st in the queue ........I wont purchase from any company using them!!!!!”
“This is probably the worst delivery company I have delt with. They have a premium rate number that just put you in an endless looped message. Their email support is appalling and keeps bouncing you back to their online tracker where the information is not correct and mostly outdated. My parcel shows as delivered today despite the fact I have never received it and the fact that the address is correct. The photos they are showing as proof only reveal that someone has signed the delivery elsewhere. I will definitely make sure to not use any companies that are using them.”
“Worst courier EVER. Delivered only half the order then falsely claimed they had twice attempted to deliver the other half. When they finally brought it they ignored request to leave it in a safe place and instead dumped it on the driveway, open to the elements and to thieves.”
“Starting to wonder if my delivery of a large item is ever going to turn up. Notified it was out for delivery on Friday, made no attempt to deliver. Notified again it was out for delivery on Monday, again made to attempt to deliver. Now shows on the app as being at the delivery depot with 'no delivery dates available'. Tried to call but get told that they won't speak to customers expecting deliveries, only the senders. Two days of work missed due to incorrect notifications of expected deliveries and now even less information!”

Collected my parcel 3 days ago. You have to sign up to change delivery to another address or safe place. That done still no update still no item at my address or in the safe place! Cannot get hold of anyone to find out what 🐃💩 they want to give me. £10 its cost me for carriage. Dearer thank other couriers at least if they loose it there is always a,picture of somewhere!

“Booked afternoon off work after recetving text to say parcel was being delivered. Never turned up, no way to contact them. Lost holiday time and wasted an afternoon when I had other important things to do. Utterly useless company, avoid at all costs.”

Echoing what's been said in previous reviews, impossible to contact them directly, failed deliveries, item came weeks late.
I mean it's hilarious that a delivery company is so utterly awful at delivering items, if you want a good laugh then I'd highly recommend.”
“Horrendous company (as you probably are already aware from all the horrible reviews everywhere) that does not deliver anything.
The tracking on the app never works, you got to sign up to change any delivery options but that would not matter anyway because the information on the app is always wrong. You may get a text and email to inform you of a 2h delivery window, but be prepared to wait for several failed delivery attempts because that too is a lie. Do not expect any live updates either.
No way to get in touch with customer support either - there is no live chat, no one responds to emails and when you phone up, it charges you 7p per minute and you have to get the supplier/seller to phone on your behalf. It's been one week and I am still waiting for a delivery that does not seem like it would ever show up.
Stay away from this useless company - appalling customer service.”

Order did not come first time , went on live chat spoke to stephanie who said van had broke down and we will send details to resend I did this and 4 days later no item but it is saying it was delivered it was signed for but not by me and no photo proof it was left at my house ,I've been trying to get in touch with no joy , ive since emailed aldi and asked for my money back xdp are a load of rubbish and should be avoided at all costs .”
“We're supposed to deliver in a 2 hour slot came a hour early and no card was left saying deliver? Someone was in house all day. Try for next day exactly the same problem came early never knocked or left a card. Trying to cancel order now. Why can't you ring instead of taking a picture of a house 3 doors away. What's your logic????”
“This service is terrible. The driver refused to bring it to my front door, regused to help me take it to my front door and refused to let me try and get my parcel to my door by myself. This was witnessed by two members of the public.
He left with my goods.”
“I can't give no starts but I would. This company are an embarrassment and their drivers are incompetent. I booked my delivery 3 times and stayed home for the arrival each day. The delivery was registered as 'carded' and 'attempted' all 3 times with no actual attempt made. Their reason in the end for all of the 'missed attampts', was the driver had nowhere to park the van out front of the house, despite me giving my number to call and said I would come and take the delivery from the van. Avoid them. I had no option because Wayfair chose them.”
“Well after waiting in all day, no reply to emails or online messaging I can concur with other negative reviews that this company is not interested in replying to messages or trying to deliver on any particular day regardless of Amazon updates so unless your given a time slot don't bother waiting I'm as you will be left disappointed with a wasted day! Following my supposed delivery date (which wasn't met) I was given a new date 6 days later for delivery meaning a total of 12 days for an Amazon delivery of initially 2 days! I intend to cancel my order now and reorder from a different supplier and suggest you boycott this company as they don't care for seller promises and have no interest in your lost days waiting for their non dispatches!”
