“Update on review; they actually delivered the bed on Saturday so although they messed up on Wednesday they made up for it on Saturday; a text to say it was coming would have been good but the driver communicated well when he arrived.”
“I had ordered furniture from Wayfair. It was slightly more expensive than other retailers, but would be delivered to a room of my choice, up a maximum of one flight of stairs, by 2 people. XDP called to arrange the delivery date, which was great as I could choose a day that was easier for me to stay at home. It was also slightly earlier than the estimated delivery date I’d received when ordering.
I was told I’d receive a txt with a 2 hour delivery slot, which I didn’t. However, I managed to find this by checking the original email and using the tracking option in the email (on the delivery day).
The delivery came on time, but initially the man who was delivering refused to take the delivery up to the bedroom. It wasn’t his fault - it clearly stated on the delivery box it was a 2 man job and it was extremely heavy. Being 8 months pregnant, I couldn’t help. He did take it upstairs very slowly and carefully, but I felt very uneasy that he would injure himself/the items!
XDP should ensure that such heavy items are delivered by the number of people it says on the box!”

I have been waiting since 28th March for a delivery from XDP . Their tracking said it was out for delivery never arrived. I sent an email did get a response said it would be out for delivery on the 29 th only part of it arrived. Phoned office on saturday not taking calls even though their opening hours were till 12. Email to say it was out for delivery Monday 1 April that turned out to be an April Fools. I have waited in three days. I am totally disgusted by there service. I will never use this company. I am also phoning the company that I ordered From and hopefully they will refrain from using them again. In fact I will go further to say if I am ordering online and I find out they are usingXDP I will not buy .”
“WARNING: You are unlikely to get a text which specifies delivery day or time- disappointing!
Requested a specified day of delivery but this was not honoured and therefore we had a refund from the product supplier.
We were told by the product supplier we would have a text specifying a delivery time the day before but we did not receive this. However the delivery driver called when he was outside my property and said he would come back in 30 minutes (enough time for me to get home from work). The weight of the delivery was 180kg and only 1 delivery driver was delivering it which has to be a H&S issue. The reason they have three stars is due to the flexibility of the delivery driver Rob otherwise I would have scored much less. Thank you to Rob for being so helpful and accommodating.”

After posting here and contacting the seller, I received some very positive feedback. First I got a call from XDP to apologise for the delay and to arrange a new time slot - a next day delivery slot was offered. I received a text message 7 am to advise my delivery slot would be 8:11am-10:11am. I took delivery at 8:50am and the drivers were good enough to place the items in the house for me as they were heavy. IMO, a good response from XDP. Thank you.”
“Read some reviews as I'd never heard of this Company and was fearing the worst. The tracking system is very antiquated as others have stated and it doesn't really give you the information required. I got a text whilst in work saying my delivery would be there between 12.11pm and 2.11pm 3 days after ordering what was supposed to be next day delivery. so I went home at lunch around 12pm and put a sign on the door saying to leave the parcels at the back door. Got home from work and to my shock the parcels were all there so I got off lightly.”
“I got an email at 09:05 (am) about a delivery today, due "AM" and spent the whole morning waiting for the "AM" delivery.
Went on their website to check for details only to find that they had detailed the "AM" delivery being "4:30AM - 6:30AM" (yes- "AM", not "PM").
So I emailed them to ask for clarification as I had to go out. Got no response (but didn't really expect it), searched for a free phone number (wasn't going to call an 087 number if I couldn't be guaranteed to get anywhere), found a fixed landline number, and was in a queue for 18 minutes. Hung up, redialled, had the phone answered and put straight down. Tried again- same thing. So clearly SOMEONE was there, but didn't want to answer.
The delivery driver arrived at 5PM (yes- PM) but was very nice with it. While mistakes do happen, and I have every sympathy for people earning a living- rubbish customer service is not the best way forward. I too earn a living, and expect to be treated as I'd treat others. And not giving me a way of contacting the company when the error is theirs- not very cool”
“Received an email from the supplier with a tracking link and a 3day delivery window 10 days beforehand. No further contact from courier.Happened to check the tracking web site around lunchtime and found that my delivery was due within a few hours. Courier turned up knocked on door leaving me to move 2 large boxes that he left blocking my front door whilst he got the third. He barely said 2 words to me but from the other revews it seems we were lucky to get our delivery.”
“When i ordered my item it never came on time then was informed by the supplier that it was damaged in transit because of this i then had to wait 8 weeks after my order was placed for the replacement but had no issues with the 2nd delivery attempt”
“mixed feelings about this company .had a bad service in the past non delivery on day of comfirmation.had email saying driver claiming nobody in ..in fact there all day. phoned there contact number.recorded message saying office closed giving an alternative number .no answer delivery was made next day driver said the 1st delivery was not delivered due to van breaking down so 2 different excuses.now having purchased something online was annoyed to find retailer using this courier .suprised. to say at the least when my parcel turned up a little early of delivery window. driver was professional and polite.what can I say. hopefully this company may be getting their act together”
“This delivery for the replacement item all went as intended - the package arrived next day (as promised by the supplier), a 3 hour delivery slot was texted by the delivery driver, the package arrived within that time slot and the item was undamaged.
This is in complete contrast to the first attempt - the package arrived after 2 days (despite the promise of next day delivery) and no confirmed delivery slot was given, so it was only by luck that there was someone at home to receive the package. The driver also explained that the dampness on the outside of the package was from it being left out in the rain. A closer inspection revealed that the casing of the battery inside the package was split and the 'dampness' was actually leaking battery acid.”
“The delivery was quick however never received the e-mail or text to inform me of the delivery which messed me up as i had to leave work during my day to ensure i was home to take delivery.
it was a good job tracked it through your website and then i had to call on the 3 hour window that should of been given.”

“Lovely item but package had clearly been re-sealed with sellotape. I didn't know why - until I found the big scratch on the glossy top of unit. But as I'd already arranged for friends to come and assemble it (being a widow Me and my 12 year old struggle to do these things), I just thought "pot it, it'll have to do!" Everything else, delivery etc very efficient. But if you look like you have a re-sealed package, beware!”
