This has to be one of the worse delivery companies in the Uk. The contact number message says that they are unable to update on delivery and you need to contact the supplier???? What’s the point in that Wayfair are not going to know where YOUR driver is!!!! Morons

Have had the most infuriating day in recent memory dealing with this devil may care firm via Very. The incident, which did take up my entire day and preventing me from other much more important things, led to my cancelling my order and closing my Very account. Where to begin? Probably with the text message I received as I sat near the front door of my house telling me that they were unable to deliver my large item. I ran out of the door like a maniac to see if, per chance, they might still be on my street. Of course they were long gone. I then became involved in a seemingly endless round of frustrating and demeaning exchanges with their chat bot. This went round and round and round, as I had discovered that by agreeing to press 'Call' in order to speak to a human being, I was just being teased. The hideous music played on and on. Eventually someone spoke to me. They then said that I would have to speak to someone in 'Tracking'. Oh no, I said, wise to them all by now. I cannot access the tracking number as I am on the phone, so I am sure that they will not speak to me. i was assured that they would have all of my details to hand. Sure enough, this was not the case, as I had known from the start. This crazy round of frustration went on for far too long. i do not know how I eventually spoke to a reasonable sounding man who was able to cancel the order and close my account, but this just happened a short time ago. An entire day of inconvenience, bad music, AI inanity, terrible customer service like no one would ever believe or understand. What on earth possessed the driver to pull up here with my much wished for item only to (perhaps) lightly tap on the door and scamper off? What did he/she/they gain from this exercise? Very have lost a customer. I am more misanthropic than I was at the start of the day. I cannot complain enough. :(:(:(

The parcel was delivered to a random address on a different road and with a different postcode, which I suspect was because the driver was too lazy to make the delivery. I only know this because I found a photo on their buggy app which frequently crashed. I tried contacting XDP via their chat app because they don't list a phone number but after an hour there was no answer, so I emailed. Four days later, I'm still awaiting a response.

Booked this company 5 times to pickup a parcel to go back to Very!! and 5 times no one has turned up. We have ring doorbell so we see everything! One driver said there wasn't anyone in but they didn't turn up as we can view everything. Absolutely awful service well no service at all.

£500 TV DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. No communication from XDP, the driver left the TV at the door on its end, and got back in the van; luckily, someone was home. When opening the box, it was clear it had been damaged in transport as the screen was shattered. Organised a return for today said they would email me the morning of with a time and no email of any sort. Their website is automated so you can't even request to speak to someone. Terrible service.

Never turned up! Ordered a treadmill from Debenhams and had to go through a lengthy refund process. I've ordered another from Deer Run, and guess who the courier is - XDP!! I really hope this one shows up. If I'd have known it was them, I'd never have ordered it in the first place!

Terrible was given a slot on fri 3-5 delivery at 10pm that night was told they tried to deliver I was not in? I'm housebound then today mon again 3-5 delivery it's now 7pm I've tracked parcel since 3 it's been at Greenwich must be bad for the VERY retailer I won't order again I'm going to cancel my order

terrible company, never delivered parcel on time I'm still waiting, I order to get it on time, I pay extra and it's never like that, it's also the seller's fault that he sends these rubbers, I don't recommend it

Terrible experience with XDP Courier. They left my package in the wrong location without my consent or any prior notice. I never gave permission for the parcel to be left unattended, and as a result, it has now been stolen. What makes it worse is the complete lack of response from their side. I've contacted them multiple times and have received no reply whatsoever. No acknowledgment, no explanation, no support — just silence. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, or belongings, I strongly recommend avoiding XDP Courier.

Absolute disgrace I’ve waited in for three days for a delivery and every time the driver hasn’t even attempted to deliver. I sat for an hour and a half at the start of my lane for him to come and he didn't show. Tracked to half a mile of my address and obviously just failed the delivery as tracking stopped. Emailed tracking four times and only had one reply. I needed that parcel for the weekend now it’s ruined the whole event thanks very much. No updates nothing. Rubbish and unreliable company.

Suppose to collect mattress last week and was told I would be emailed to give me a 3 hour window, no email and no one came. When I eventually got through to them online I was told they have no answers and it would be rescheduled to be collected. I rescheduled for this Thursday and now today they came without any notification, only my son was at home and the courier didn't know what he was even there to collect to tell my son and my son being 18 didn't have a clue either. So hopefully they cone back as scheduled tomorrow but I'm not hopeful.

my goods were supposed to arrive May 26. I can't trace my parcel, I can't get an update so I have cancelled my original order. This business should be out of business.

Extremely disappointed with XDP. My parcel (Tracking: 4B069AA81882) was scheduled for delivery on May 26, with a time slot of 12:20–14:20. The driver finally showed up over 3 hours late at 17:30, but even worse — the parcel wasn't in the van. I was then told it required a two-man delivery, even though the website clearly stated one-man delivery. No updates were given, no explanation, and no accountability. This completely ruined my bank holiday, caused unnecessary stress, and I've had no meaningful help from customer support despite multiple attempts. I've had to escalate the complaint to senior management directly. Unreliable, unprofessional, and no communication. I would avoid using this service again.

Was supposed to pick up a return and didn’t show. Don’t know whether to go after the seller or the currier’s for refund. It cost me 35 to collect but no show and I’m not pay in again.

Waited in all day for my parcel to be delivered as it was due today. This company didn't deliver as they were supposed too. I contacted wickes to chase the delivery up due to this company not having a contact number or email to make any contact, of course this company didn't get back in touch with wickes either. I wouldn't use this company if it paid me, one of the worst courier companies running in the UK

XDP didn’t deliver, paid for 24hour delivery, got a time slot but no delivery. No communication, no update, tracking showed driver in the same spot for hours (probably in a pub). They’re now closed over the weekend so cancelled order. Companies need to reconsider their delivery partners or keep losing business.

My item is 5days late. I have had no email from xdp at all, it's like my items just vanished? I have contacted them and had no reply. By the looks of most reviews they haven't got any better over the years I'm quite shocked company's are still using them.
