“First order never appeared. Re-ordered, again never showed. A week after each delivery was supposed to turn up we got a text saying ‘out for delivery’, nobody ever showed up. App is useless. Whole experience was extremely disappointing”

“Terrible company. The collection was booked twice and twice nobody came for the collection. I’m stuck with five packages. They lied that they went to address but nobody was there and provided photos of some random houses not mine. I was waiting all day for them with open door and boxes ready for collection twice, taking time off from work. Maybe the driver doesn’t have GPS? Not reliable, terrible company! They have my phone number, my email, nobody even bothered to contact me. I’m stuck for another week with five big boxes at home.”

The company does not even know if the product is in their warehouse.
The tracking service is useless. Has not been updated since the 16 of August.
I cannot speak to a supervisor and the chat was closed when I asked for the search request email.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON BQ WITH THIS COMPANY.”
“Absolutely disgraceful. Gave me a work day for deliver so I stayed home. Then after telling me that mine was the "next delivery" they decided not to bother delivering and simply demanded I took another day off work next week.
Complete joke of a business. Avoid.”
“They said they were delivering my item on a Thursday (nearly two weeks after ordering), live tracking all day and staying in just in case, nothing arrived. Same happened the next day. Again on Monday, I get an email saying mine is the next stop and signed for it via email. Then find out it is smashed and sent back. No way to get on live chat as it is always 'busy' and their app crashes when I try to email. Spent £10 on delivery which I now cannot get back, even though I never saw the parcel as they smashed it during delivery. AVOID!”
“Absolutely disgusting service, package left at bottom of block of flats, driver advised my disabled partner to bring it up herself as he had arthritis and couldn’t bring it up to the third floor, absolutely unacceptable service”
“I wouldn’t have given any stars if I could!! Was expecting a sofa to be delivered (via The Range). Delivery guy pulled up. Didn’t even ring the door bell and just drove off! I was running down my stairs to meet him and he’d gone! No contact number and The Range were not helpful at all! Don’t buy from any company that uses XDP you won’t get it! A complete shambles! 😡”

“Absolutely disgraceful. Waited in all day for our sofa, delivery driver was here for all of 2 minutes whilst my partner was walking down the stairs he didn’t ring our buzzer and simple drove off. AVOID this company absolutely embarrassing behaviour from your couriers”
“I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an armchair from a company which wasn’t suitable so wanted to return. They arranged collection via XDP. Received a collection slot and then text saying I was the next stop. Driver never shows up but when I check the tracking link later it says that item has been collected when it wasn’t. Contacted the retailer who arranged another collection for a few days later, again receive a window for collection and then text saying my stop is next. Waited at home all day long and driver never shows up. Contacted retailer again and they said driver attempted collection but there was nothing to collect. The driver never came, never knocked on the door, just outright lied. At a loss of what to do now to return my item and am £300 out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company, can’t contact anyone, no response via email, can’t connect to anyone on live chat and no phone number to use. AVOID AT ALL COST. They should be shut down for defrauding people.”
“Received a text with a delivery slot. Waited in all day. Received a text saying they had attempted delivery. They had not!
Unable to reschedule using their App, so contacted the seller. Rescheduled. Waited in again for the delivery slot which was not one I chose. Then received a message from XDP to say they couldn’t find my address! All other delivery companies can find my address ! Unbelievably terrible!! Avoid!”
