Absolutely awful. 5 days late, poor service, no customer service, unreachable. They are the worst 43 out of 43 couriers on trust pilot.

If there were minus stars this company would deserve them two missed deliveries that were lies I was there they didn't come. No redress scheme, can't speak to a human. The list goes on

We ordered a 8 section book shelf from Wayfair. XDP were supposed to deliver this eight section book shelf on 27th September. A wrong item (6 section instead) was delivered to us. We notified Wayfair who sent a replacement via XDP scheduled to be delivered by 2nd October. XDP tracking shows that the replacement consignment has been split into two consignments but no indication for a delivery date. Wayfair do not seem to be able to help and they cannot understand why the consignment is split. So the XDP tracking information is totally useless and we have no idea when the consignment is going to be delivered. (To make things worse XDP delivered a component of the original wrong item to the wrong address). I am not sure we are ever going to receive the full correct item.

Had a text saying delivery would be 12.30 but ome 6.30 still no arival then i had a text to say i was next in line and i could track them a few streets from me then i had an email saying i missed my delivery with a photo taken of a house 2 streets away and now i have no way of contacting them so feel like iv pretty much lost my order

Parcel tracking says delivered. But no delivery attempt has been made. I have cctv and video doorbell. Definitely not delivered and no card through letterbox. This parcel cost me £350. Trying to contact xpd is impossible. Live chat gets no response. My question was read but no answer and waited2 hours No number to call. Been trying solid for 2 days. Builder starting in 2 days and I need dimensions. Absolutely disgusting

1 star is a compliment as no sign of my order despite promises 5 times over last 4 days. They say delivery attempted or mine is next (at 4.40am) to sign for contact less. I did sign at 7.30am and a minute later had a message - sorry we missed you. Impossible to re-arrange or speak to anyone. I can only assume its a scam company. Noting they say is true. Don't touch anything for delivery by them. My order was through Robert Dyas and was a third party manufacturer/distributor. Hope I get my money back - have to notify the credit card company (always pay with credit card as you're protected then).

My thing is in 'The nearest depot' for more than 7 days, not doing anything. I have waited all day today. Kept contacted them, but nothing has been done.

XDP have tried to deliver my consignment to someone else’s house in the picture they sent me!…I’ve tried to contact XDP on their live chat which clearly isn’t “Live” because there is no response!….I’ve also downloaded their App but not able to login (continual error messages)!…..I’ve also emailed explaining they are trying to deliver my consignment to the wrong house & all I received back was an automated email advising 24-48 hours for a response which has now expired & still no contact received from XDP!…..what an appalling way to run a business!….why is this company still in business when clearly their operation is run so badly!!!!!!

Without any doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had!! They have damaged a delivery of flooring, not once, but twice. The second they returned to the supplier without informing us. They just continued to say it was out for delivery for over a week! Totally useless and incompetent organisation. I just feel sorry for the drivers who have to meet the customers and explain why their goods are late and damaged. Poor drivers do not have a chance when you see how the vans are loaded.

Congratulations, XDP, for achieving the seemingly impossible and actually being WORSE than Hermes/Evri. So, you were supposed to deliver my mattress yesterday. I waited and followed your tracker. I then received a text saying my delivery was next, and from the map at this point, the courier was no more than 20 minutes away. So far, so good. Then things went rogue. Well over an hour later, and getting late into the evening, still no mattress and the online tracker map disappeared. I spent a while fruitlessly trying to contact your customer services, who appear to be rarer than hen's teeth and just as elusive. When I tried to use the chat facility and sent an email, both (quelle surprise) said that you were 'exceptionally busy' and no response. It is now 24 hours later and I have still not had a response from you. And still no mattress. So, like caped crusaders,the company you are representing (memory foam warehouse) answered my call first time, and emailed me a photo at the top of my road, looking down at my house. You got THAT far, did not call or knock on the door, and then disappeared. For the love of God, why??? Thankfully, you didn't have the audacity to call this an attempted delivery, but put it on your record that said 'check address'. This of course was unbeknown to me, who was still waiting up over two hours later. So, back to memory foam warehouse. Their super helpful representative spent over and hour and 15 minutes on hold trying to get hold of you. You then told her the mattress had been put on for delivery today but then had been taken off again (!). She requested that you delivered it today or tomorrow and was told you would get back to her. Many hours later, you told her that actually you are now not going to deliver until Monday! She also said that you are no longer answering any calls and she has exhausted all avenues of trying to get you to do your job. Luckily, the memory foam mattress warehouse had the courtesy to relay this. Your service, meanwhile, has been a completely unprofessional shambles. I eagerly await the cut and paste apology response that does nothing to address the fact that the delivery of my mattress is 5 days late and that I have wasted countless hours of precious time waiting in for a delivery. How dare you assume that I have nothing better to do than wait for you to get your act together? I believe the response will begin thus: 'Thank you for your feedback. We truly apologise for the negative experience received. Your input has been raised with the depot manager to investigate and avoid any similar reoccurrence' This is clearly untrue, otherwise why are so many customers reporting the same experience. It is clearly reoccuring, which makes the response entirely disingenuous. Also, cutting and pasting apologies speaks volumes about the frequency with which your company has to do this. I also suggest you have the courtesy to apologise to those who entrusted you with their product, and whom you have seemingly ignored throughout. I'm sure they had better things to do with their time too.

Delivery should have arrived by Monday 21st 2023. I tried to phone them to find out where my item is and the number just hangs up! Awful - I just want my item!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous company. My order from Von Haus took 2 weeks to deliver and only 1 of the 2 boxes arrived.Now over a month later the 2nd box hasn't arrived. They must be very cheap for retailers to use them. The tracking is atrocious. You cannot phone the. And they ignore emails. With the amount of lost or misplaced parcels they must be acting fraudulently with customer items. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AS THEY ARE INCOMPTENT CROOKS !

Sorry that I can't give less stars. My order was shipped on 31st and today we have 11th of August and I'm still waiting. The order has been sitting at their warehouse since 1st of August. No one replied to my 5 emails. No phone number to call. They don't reply to the retailer too. This is just a disgrace and this company should not exist.

This delivery company is the worst I have ever encountered so far (if I could rate it -5 stars I would). I received a message on 7th August telling me my bed would be delivered between 5:19 and 7:19 (and every day since) yet it’s 10th August and it still isn’t here. No attempt at a delivery has been made or any texts explaining why it’s not arriving. They have purposely made it difficult to contact them as they charge £6 per phone call and never answer any emails This delivery company is disgusting please never use them and hopefully this terrible business will go under or it’s the best disguised scam I have ever come across.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. We have been absolutely messed around by this company. They have given inaccurate tracking and have completely missed our address on the route. There is no way to get in contact with them. If you are ordering something that will be sent with XDP, I highly recommend that you order elsewhere because they are unreliable and quite frankly outrageous.

Useless company, my order is sitting in a warehouse somewhere since 25th of July. Cant contact them at all for a delivery date. Even the supplier cant contact this cowboy outfit. Looks like a cancelled order nxt week. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Ordered garden furniture from a company via B&Q. B&Q website states 4 day delivery but still waiting over 2 weeks later with no sign of my delivery. I had ordered the same furniture from a different company and cancelled with a full refund due to waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Guess who the delivery company was, XDP. I wouldn’t have ordered again with B&Q if I’d know XDP were responsible for delivery!!!

Shut the company down. Needs reporting to legal teams and watchdog. Would love to see their communication/contact and parcel recieved rate as imagine it is definitely ZERO. Did i mention they don't actually have a customer response team!

When you tell a customer you are delivering and a time you expect a delivery. What an absolute joke you are. Waited in for you not to turn up. Can't communicate with anyone as there is no number to contact. I will be demanding my money back and won't be coming back to you . Avoid shopping with any businesses that do xdp deliveries. Absolutely fuming. If I don't get either my item or money back, I will be contacting trading standards and I will be telling family and friends to avoid
