“I would never use this company I purchased some furniture from B&Q and was given two day window for delivery using the tracking system I could see my goods sat at the delivery depot on both dates I was given. I had booked a carpenter to build it on arrival I had to rebook at an extra expenses to me.”
“Worst delivery company. If you are a company or individual wishing you use DONT. They were due to deliver on Wednesday 10th April. Tracked driver to other end of village & waited. Checked after an hour & see they are near Lincoln. Carried on tracking until they closed tracking status said still out for delivery even now. Not able to call them so sent email, response rude said returned to sender as I wasn't in. This is not true as fave ring bell & can prove this. Sent email after they sailed again to justify why not delivered asking for proof that they tried to deliver. Guess what they were ignorant enough to avoid answering questions & fobbed me of again with go back to supplier. I should not have to do that, they were responsible to parcel when in transit & had no right to return without getting back to me first.
If you like wasting 3 days & many hours of sending emails continue using these cowboys. I know this is time I will never get back”

“If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My package was left when there was nobody home (dumped in my porch) and was damaged to the point that the furniture was unusable. The retailer has been amazingly helpful, but XDP could not give less of a toss. They have arranged collections - twice - and not turned up and then lied about it. They are not willing to take any responsibility and now are refusing to engage completely. They told me that had GPS and photograph proof that delivery was attempted - both proven to be untruths. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A MASSIVE HEADACHE AND TO WASTE HOURS OF TIME SORTING IT. We have had to get another courier to collect and will be taking legal action against them.”
“Inappropriate delivery driver, i am a 19 year old girl, i was home alone and a family member ordered 4 parcels which the delivery driver asked if i could get in his van and help him bring it into my house due to the weight, he started asking if i live alone and he was asking how old i was. he continued asking who do i live with and where are they, he then took photos of the parcels and as he was leaving he took a photo of me, it couldnāt have been for the parcels as they were in the house before he took this photo. he then asked if he could have my name and number which to my response was āno have a good dayā.”

“Abdolute joke. They tell you it's a 2 man delivery and 1 old chap turns up by himself. Could not deliver to garden and dumped on drive in rain. Package bashed to pieces. Told me they would deliver the next day when after I told them I would be in all day that day.
Had to contact them that day to ask what was happening and they told me it would be the next day when I wouldn't be there. You can't make it up!!!”
“Horrible experience. First it took more than a month to deliver my parcel, I couldnāt track it or know anything about it, there was no updates from them or on amazon whatsoever.
They sent me moments before delivering the packages and the worst part is they left big heavy packages leaning on my front door which were found later by my husband when he was coming home. If I have opened the door from the inside the packages would have fell on me and caused me serious damages ! Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen”
