“I had purchased two personalized sketchbooks for granddaughters beginning of December. They arrived promptly and the pencil sleeve was flawed on one and the other the printing was off. I reached out by phone to customer service and they immediately offered to send out replacements or give my money back. I opted for replacements. They reshipped two days later. Although they arrived 2 days after Christmas because of weather they are just as pictured on the site and I look forward to giving to my Granddaughters. Thank you AGP”

“I ordered three. Only one was okay to give. The other 2 were completely off center. I contacted customer service. They say they will make it right and redo the two that were off center. I hope so.”

“I love the product but getting it delivered to me was VERY difficult. My first order was cancelled. Then I got a lot of emails saying my package was not deliverable. Then it actually showed up via Fed Ex as promised.”

“Completely disappointed. Although the wood and craftsmanship of the barrel itself is very nice the personalized monogram is way off. The spout is right in the center of the last name. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift at Xmas”
