I have not received the pillow yet so cannot rate it. Unfortunately it was meant as a Christmas gift and will not be received in time. I am very disappointed as I thought I ordered in plenty of time (end of November).

These pillowcases were not monogrammed. They were printed with a monogram. They look cheap.

I ordered 3 gifts for family, the package was lost in the mail and no one would offer assitance until it had been lost for a week. Once the week had passed up, I asked if they could reship the order as one of my gift was already later and they told me that everything was sold out and they could only offer a refund. The very next day I checked the website and everything was in stock. Very disappointed and will not order again from this site.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your experience. It appears that the item in your order has been out of stock since we shipped the original order. Additionally, our Standard Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days for delivery, this does not include weekends and holidays. Nevertheless, this is an unfortunate event. We'll do better in the future.

I placed an order on December 1 expecting delivery before Christmas. I reach out on December 15 to ask about my order and if it's on its way. I am told that the product has been made, but it hasn't been given to the shipper yet, and I am promised that I will receive it before Christmas weekend. The next day I get an email advertisement stating it's the last chance to order to get it on time for Christmas, but what about my order placed on December 1? Then I get another email from another person in customer service days later stating that they are not sure when my order will arrive, so by this time I am totally confused because I was promised before Christmas. Not an unreasonable request when the order was placed 24 days prior. I waited and waited and Christmas comes and goes, and I am gift less. I then email customer service and tell them to refund my order. After I do that, they send me a delivery confirmation and that it's been shipped now. At this point, I am furious. I contact them via their new chat option and tell them what's been going on and did not like the communication. They agree to refund the order immediately, and they did. I appreciate them making it right. However, the order had already been shipped...their mistake. When it arrived, one of the personalized mugs I ordered came broken in pieces. I couldn't give it as a gift anyway. )-:

I ordered a personalized art kit and five personalized sketch pads for my grandson for Christmas. All items were received prior to the holidays, and I was pleased with them. Some of the sketch pads had pouches holding the colored pencils that were not totally sealed. I just put a piece of packing tape on each defective pouch, and the problem was solved. On Christmas Eve, I received five more sketch pads, and when I notified the company, I was told I don't need to pay for them. There was a mixup in my order, and the company informed me that I would be getting a refund. This company went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their products and service. I am indeed pleased and will buy from them again. Thank you, AGP.

I wish I could give a 5star rating, but my order was lost in transit or something. Took one month to arrive after expecting 14 day shipping. Communication was difficult but eventually received feedback. The products arrived as ordered, quality is great. Just really slow shipping.

I've been trying to do a return or get a refund for the product I bought. I was asked to take pictures of the merchandise, which I did and I've not received a response. It's been almost a week. So at this point, I have nothing good to say about your company.

Hello Jerri, we are sorry to hear that you find the Personalized Small Bible Case you purchase too small. As indicated on its product page, it Measures 9.5” L x 7” W x 2.25" H. If the item you received is smaller than what is indicated, a photo that shows its measurement will help us a request for approval of your refund or replacement request. This is because as per policy, personalized gifts may not be returned just because of buyer's remorse. Our personalization techniques are permanent and personalized merchandise cannot be resold. Hoping for your understanding regarding the matter.

The gift was beautiful and price was amazing, but the amount of time it took to receive products was very slow. Information on when shipped came once but shipment didn’t come until 3 weeks after notification.
