I received my first decanter and the initial was poorly etched. I responded immediately and the staff responded quickly sending me a replacement immediately at not charge. Unfortunately the second was not any better than the first. Disappointing and saw no reason to expect a third. Poor quality control.

The tag was too big. I couldn’t get the collar to fit my toy poodle’s neck. The smallest size offered was still too big. The collar was cute just didn’t fit

Item was missing. Takes too long to ship. The names I personalized on the mugs appear bigger in the picture/online than when actual received very deceiving!

I was mostly disappointed that when I ordered, it was supposed to be received by Christmas. Many of the items were Christmas themed and giving them to friends after Christmas wasn't a great feeling. I was also disappointed with the coasters and the tiny print, and felt that could have been better customization for the cost. I was happy with the quality of the Christmas bags and mugs.

The harmonicas are descent but was hoping to get them before Christmas as they were a gift still haven't received the coffee mugs quality good shipping sucks

The decanter came as ordered. The glasses have the wrong spelling. I sent pictures. Waiting to hear back for a correction.

Gift did not arrive as expected. Customer service claimed I ordered incorrectly, but I don't see how. The order did not indicate the personalization.

I love the product but getting it delivered to me was VERY difficult. My first order was cancelled. Then I got a lot of emails saying my package was not deliverable. Then it actually showed up via Fed Ex as promised.

I am still waiting on my “correct order”. I was sent tracking and received fairly quickly my order… only to receive 2 pillow covers (I ordered 1) with stranger’s children la names. I called and got things handled , quickly. Were going to reproduce and ship. Hoping to receive my correct order before Christmas.

One of the frames was fine, but the other had discoloration on the font. Both came with flimsy clear film that didn’t fill the gap in the frame even with a picture so I had to add cardboard in between the front and back of the frame. And one of the frames came broken; the front and back were not attached and keep falling off

most of the rolling pins are ok but two of them have areas of the personalization that are faded and not clear or crisp. They look aweful and it is so noticeable I won't be giving those two as gifts.

The compass arrived and it was perfect, however, the wooden display box it came in was defective. There are large gaps showing when the box is closed and it is difficult to open as the hinges are the damaged part. I tried to contact the company multiple times in different ways and never heard anything back from customer service.

First off, I was very impressed with the service and the receiving of the rush order I made. That being said the fifteen items ordered were not individually wrapped and the delivery box was torn and crumpled. The items did not look like the photos online as the wood color was not consistent with each item, the engraving was also not bold enough to read unless up very close and in perfect lighting, and the quality of the items were definitely subpar, especially for the price. They will not last for a normal period of time with basic use. I would not buy from here again.
