I ordered 3 gifts for family, the package was lost in the mail and no one would offer assitance until it had been lost for a week. Once the week had passed up, I asked if they could reship the order as one of my gift was already later and they told me that everything was sold out and they could only offer a refund. The very next day I checked the website and everything was in stock. Very disappointed and will not order again from this site.

Additionally, our Standard Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days for delivery, this does not include weekends and holidays. Nevertheless, this is an unfortunate event. We'll do better in the future.

These pillowcases were not monogrammed. They were printed with a monogram. They look cheap.

LOUSY! The collar was way too large for my small dog! I had to throw it in the garbage as it had her name and my phone number on it. I couldn't even give it to a dog with a large neck!

This was sent to the wrong address prior to it even being mailed out. I’m going to dispute this in my credit card.

It appears that you have been assisted by one of our supports and looks like the reason why it was sent to the wrong address is that you used your old address when you placed the order and when you reached out to us your order has already been shipped out.

Very frustrated with the lack of communication. I called immediately after I placed my order and sent an email and never heard back from anyone.

I placed an order on December 1 expecting delivery before Christmas. I reach out on December 15 to ask about my order and if it's on its way. I am told that the product has been made, but it hasn't been given to the shipper yet, and I am promised that I will receive it before Christmas weekend. The next day I get an email advertisement stating it's the last chance to order to get it on time for Christmas, but what about my order placed on December 1? Then I get another email from another person in customer service days later stating that they are not sure when my order will arrive, so by this time I am totally confused because I was promised before Christmas. Not an unreasonable request when the order was placed 24 days prior. I waited and waited and Christmas comes and goes, and I am gift less. I then email customer service and tell them to refund my order. After I do that, they send me a delivery confirmation and that it's been shipped now. At this point, I am furious. I contact them via their new chat option and tell them what's been going on and did not like the communication. They agree to refund the order immediately, and they did. I appreciate them making it right. However, the order had already been shipped...their mistake. When it arrived, one of the personalized mugs I ordered came broken in pieces. I couldn't give it as a gift anyway. )-:

The decanter was completely shattered! The glasses were wrapped good & they made it! I would like money back on decanter! Also didn't arrive till January 10th

I had a product that was broken - sent in pictures and communicated and have still not gotten a refund. I also ordered something else before Christmas which just arrived around Jan 8. Very disappointed

The set I ordered doesn’t match the instructions provided when the order was submitted. I haven’t been successful on having someone reply to my inquiry regarding what could be done. This is the reason why I am giving them a one star rating.
