The printing on the cutting board I ordered was illegible in some locations. Also, the lettering on the pillowcase covers was coming off. I sent an email in this regard and never received a reply. I will be deducting associated costs, including shipping & handling, off the credit card charges. Very disappointing.

I am incredibly disappointed. I have sent two complaints about an order that was never fulfilled and have received no answer. I need to find time to call now which is even more disappointing. I ordered a christmas ornament in honor of my father who passed away almost exactly one year ago and my stepmom never received it. I can understand that mistakes happen but to have sent two inquiries that have been ignored yet I receive promotional emails and text messages and now these inquiry for a review is more than disappointing. At this point it’s criminal since the money was paid but no product was delivered and no one will acknowledge my complaint. I had hoped to use this site for many other products but now I cannot in any way recommend this company. Truly disappointing. You owe me the product or a refund immediately and I shouldn’t have to call you to receive that service.

I keep getting feedback requests for items that were never received. Customer service hasn't responded to my inquiry and I ordered items in earlt to mid November for Christmas delivery, which did not happen. I'm not at all pleased and will not be ordering from here again.

I did not recieve my château board or my unicorn pillow case or my apron, very disappointed at this point,and would like to know if I will recieve these items, at any point

Ordered 2 leather money clips, received neither one. "customer service" would not respond to my emails asking to either ship or cancel the order, had to dispute with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company!!

I placed my order on 11/26/2021. I left several emails and tried to call the number listed on Google and never heard a word from anyone. I FINALLY received my order on the 20th of December!!! Almost a month later! Not to mention I needed this gift for a party that had passed by the time I received my order! Soooooo upset with this company!

I have still not received these items. the tracking number has not been updated for 6 days it says it has departed somewhere in GA on the 6th and it is now the 13th and still not received them.

The package was busted and torn, not the color I ordered with no warning of a different color it looks VERY cheap and I am embarrassed to give it for Christmas. The material glued to the cardboard is coming off. I am VERY disappointed in this product. Then I didn't have any response as to when I would receive it no emails no matter how much I contacted the company. This will be my last time to order I have requested a supervisor to call me no response there either

I'm so sorry your order hasn't arrived. I know how frustrating this must be. I'll be very happy to get this remade and sent out to you again since we won't know if USPS will ever be able to locate the package and deliver it to you. You will receive a separate notification once the replacement was shipped.

Have not received flask, the event already passed. Logo was not centered and extremely slanted. Do not recommend to anyone.
