Can’t review a product that was never received. My order was disposed of by USPS because of a typo on the address and because USPS wouldn’t return the product, I’m assuming because this company is in Asia. I am sick of Asian companies not disclosing their location in the ordering process. Lesson learned

They were quick to get our order done and ready for shipping, then didn’t actually mail for another 2 wks almost but blamed the usps system instead of claiming their fault. They did issue a refund but not until I finally started getting hasty in our communications. It should t have had to come to that.

I never received my package or tracking info. I purchased the shipping warranty, but it seems useless. No one has contacted me to give me an update on my package and it’s been almost two months. I will not be buying anything from this website again. Waste of $35!

I ordered on Dec. 5th. Received notifications saying my order was shipped by the 14th which i later found out it was untrue. I could not get through by phone. I repeatedly got automated responses when messaging them. I finally got a response from a real person after multiple messages & resorting to being rude. I received 2 of the four glasses AFTER Christmas, the decanter over a week later, and FINALLY over a month past the original order date, I received the final two glasses. The product is good, but the fact that I was continually lie to regarding the delivery times and then the actual fact that it had been shipped when it clearly had not been is why i will NEVER order or recommend this company.

Very disappointed that I paid for a gift (the only gift) I got for my husband for Christmas, and was guaranteed if ordered before the 8th, that I would get it by Christmas. I ordered it on the 3rd and didn’t get it until December 29th!!! It ruined my husbands Christmas gift and it was too late to order anything else online!

Ordered Dec. 2, paid for expedite service. Product ready to ship Dec. 9. FINALLY leaves your facility Dec. 20, arrives at my door after New Years. I will NEVER ORDER from you again.

I ordered two personalized lighters for a Xmas gift and only received one of them, I am still waiting or they can reimburse me my funds!!! The first and last time i order from this place!!!

Ordered the product on Dec 6th for a Christmas gift. It had to be reordered as it was lost in transit and finally arrive on Jan 10th. Not much of a Christmas gift when received in January. Problem is NOBODY cared or even noticed it was not delivered. I had to call and email several times. Will never order another gift from you as a result. Unfortunate as I think the products are nice.

I'm not happy with my experience with A Gift Personalized. I ordered two personalized grill sets in November and I have yet to receive them. It's January. They were ordered as Christmas gifts and the giftees have yet to see their gift. In December, when I emailed customer service, they told me that they had put in a replacement order. Almost one month later, when we still didn't get our grill kit, I emailed again and I was told that the replacements were never ordered because they were out of stock. I still do not have the grill kits. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to a friend.

Absolutely disappointed! My first order had someone else’s glasses and the initial on the decanter was off centered. I reached out to the company and sent pics. They replaced the order, however, I fuu I don’t not receive it in time for the gift exchange. My replacement order, one of the glasses was defective. Not happy at all!

I purchased several items. 5 items came in the time frame that was advertised. 1 item, my main item I ordered this year for my husband, I literally had to argue over email numerous times. It took weeks for me to get the item. This cannot be blamed on usps bc they didn't have the item until around 12/22. This was an error on your company. I was given my shipping charges back. Laughable to say the least.
